Teaching and research,as an effective way to promote the professional development of teachers,has for a long time made great contributions to the work of elementary and secondary education.However,with the rapid development of society,all sectors of the society have put forward higher requirements for education,and the disadvantages of the traditional teaching and research model with poor pertinence and low accuracy have become increasingly prominent,and it has become increasingly difficult to meet the development needs of teachers.At the same time,the rapid development of information technology such as big data and artificial intelligence has brought new opportunities for the development of precision teaching and research activities.How to use information technology to improve the effectiveness of teaching and research activities and promote the professional development of teachers,Increasingly,it has become a focus of attention for educational researchers.In the context of education informatization,this paper takes school teaching and research as the main research object,and takes the in-depth integration of information technology and education as the key idea,and researches teaching and research from the perspective of teaching behavior analysis.This article uses a variety of research methods such as literature research,questionnaire surveys,interviews,and experimental research.First of all,on the premise of pre-educational probation and study,consult and analyze domestic and foreign books and literature about teaching and research models,precise teaching and research,and teaching behavior analysis,and deeply interpret the concepts and characteristics of precise teaching and research.Based on the development evaluation theory,the current situation of teaching and research activities in elementary and middle schools is investigated and analyzed to verify the authenticity of the current problems in teaching and research activities.Then constructed a precise teaching and research based on teaching behavior analysis,including five key links: forming a team and collective lesson preparation,co-construction and teaching practice,report reading and quantitative evaluation,multi-party communication and joint discussion,summaryreflection and adjustment and modification.mode.Finally,this model was put into practice in the experimental area of the research group supported by this research institute.Teachers 'satisfaction with the model was evaluated through interview results,and teachers' teaching ability improvement was measured through student performance.Practice has shown that the precise teaching and research mode based on the analysis of teaching behavior is very effective in improving teachers' teaching ability because of the high accuracy of the analysis problem,the deep level,and the ease of teaching and research results.
