It is a basic right of teachers to discipline students in the process of education and teaching.However,nowadays there are teachers who dare not manage students.On the one hand,because of its own reasons,such as unclear significance,method and emotion out of control,malignant events occur frequently.Or whether or not to ask,whether or not to teach.Primary school students are in the initial stage of compulsory education,whether it is not strict or excessive discipline Will have a negative impact on their physical and mental health development.On the other hand,parents of students,laws,regulations and policies,and public opinionOn the external reasons such as media make it more difficult for teachers to manage the right of teaching in practice.In addition to teaching,teachers also have the task of education,that is,when the teaching activities are disturbed,knowledge will be affected.When the purpose of experience teaching and education is realized,teachers can take effective measures to eliminate interference and influence and achieve school teaching purpose of education.How to clarify the concept of teacher's management of teaching right and how to recognize teachers' management of teaching right.It is not allowed to analyze the causes of this problem from many aspects and seek appropriate and effective countermeasures a neglected and urgent problem.Therefore,this paper aims to study the following questions: at present,what is the problem behavior of students in primary school? And what are the teachers' behaviors to control these problems? What are the practical dilemmas of primary school teachers' right to control education?What are the solutions to the practical dilemma of teachers' management of teaching rights?In order to study the above problems,the author intends to use classroom observation and interview methods to study.Interview method is based on interviewers and interviewees talk face to face to understand the basic research methods of interviewees' psychology and behavior.Because of the purpose of my research.Based on the interview outline,this paper is not limited to the designed questions visitors can talk about it according to their own understanding and experience.The author will make a good record and provide more in-depth and perspective resources for the paper material.The research object of this paper is teachers and students,and the main place is classroom.Therefore,this paper uses classroom observation to study.As a research method of educational science,classroom observation is a kind of assistant work for the observer with a clear purpose.A method of collecting materials directly or indirectly from classroom situations and making corresponding research based on the materials.To investigate the problem behaviors of students in four classes of a primary school in Shijiazhuang and how teachers exercise them.The author summarizes and analyzes the practical difficulties and reasons that teachers are faced with when they are in charge of educational rights.Then seek the corresponding strategy.This paper is divided into five parts:The introduction part introduces the research background,purpose,significance,core concepts,literature review,etc.The first chapter is the connotation and theoretical basis of primary school teachers' management of teaching rights.It mainly includes: the definition and management of the right of teachers to manage education and the nature and purpose of education,the theoretical basis of discipline,etc.The second chapter is the practical dilemma of primary school teachers' management of educational rights.It mainly includes four aspects: Teacher's management of educational rights and parents;The conflict of educational ideas;the conflict between teachers' management of educational rights and students' personalities;the influence of media on Teachers' management of educational rights;the authority of traditional teachers and entanglement with modern concept of equality.The third chapter is the analysis of the reasons for the dilemma of the practice of primary school teachers' management of educational rights.In view of the difficulties in the practice of primary school teachers' management of educational rights situation,analyze the causes of difficulties from various angles.The fourth chapter is the primary school teacher manages the educational right the safeguard countermeasure.Mainly including teachers themselves,relevant legislation,parents,education directors,department,media,etc.The conclusion part introduces the main findings and limitations of this study.At present,the problem behaviors of primary school students are various.There are mainly several types,such as wandering,hindering others,not following tasks,speaking in class,and retreating.In case of problematic behaviors,remind,punish,communicate with parents,cooperate with discipline,change teaching methods,and manage students independently.Cultivate good habits and other ways.However,there are few or no severe methods such as corporal punishment.There are four kinds of perplexities in the management of the right of teachers,It is the tangle of teachers' authority over traditional teachers and the modern concept of equality.It is also the work of parents' education concept on Teachers' management of teaching rights.The third is that the education authorities do not support the management of the right to education,and the fourth is that the media publicize the improper management of teachers.Facing the above difficulties,The main reasons are: Teachers' own ideas and methods of discipline have problems;relevant legislation is not complete;education department does not support;media;the false report of body.If we want to solve the dilemma of "dare not manage,can not manage,do not want to manage",we need to come from many aspects.Solve this problem.First of all,teachers should have a sense of discipline and dare to exercise the right of management.Second,the relevant legal policies should be implemented to clarify the scope and implementation rules of teachers' management of teaching rights.Thirdly,the education department should know the teacher's management in timeIn order to find out the real situation in case of corporal punishment,teachers' experience exchange meeting can be held regularly.Finally,mass media negative.It is absolutely possible to turn around the dilemma of teachers' management of the right of education if we start with the responsibility of being honest and clear.It is hoped that the findings of this study can be used for reference by primary school teachers and solve the practical difficulties of some teachers in managing their teaching rights.This is also the author's original research purpose.
