Nowadays,in higher vocational colleges,the classroom teaching is still in the traditional teacher-centered mode.Under this influence,the learning initiative of higher vocational students is not high,especially the awareness and ability to cooperate with others is not strong.However,“communication and collaboration” is an essential skill for learners in the 21 st century.Therefore,schools should take the leading role of teachers and pay attention to the innovative application of teaching methods in the classroom.Among them,“collaborative learning” is an effective teaching method,which can give full play to the main role of students,encourage students ' interest as well as enhancing the interaction and communication between teachers and students,and among the students.However,how to “implement” and “promote” in the real classroom teaching in higher vocational colleges is still an important subject for front-line teachers.Based on the theories of collaborative learning,this study explores the practical problems existing in the teaching of information technology course in our university,and then puts forward the corresponding solutions.It includes the elements of collaborative learning and its application strategies in the implementation and evaluation of classroom teaching,and then,through the teaching exploration and reflection of three cases("teacher-apprentice pairing","tourism poster production" and "collaboration-based flash work design" in the information technology classroom),the paper analyzes the application value of collaborative learning in the information technology curriculum and the further exploration of related issues in the process of practice.There are also shortcomings in the teaching practice of this paper.especially in the evaluation of the application effect of collaborative learning,which needs to be further verified.The relevant links of collaborative learning need to be constantly improved,which can reflect its advantages and teaching value in the teaching process of information technology courses in Higher Vocational colleges,so as to improve students' collaborative awareness and ability.
