| The purpose of this study is using sports management,social sports study,sports sociology and sports science research methods such as discipline theory knowledge,in Hangzhou,Wenzhou,Ningbo,Zhejiang junior tennis reserve personnel training the effects and influencing factors of detailed comparison,and on this basis to find out their advantages and disadvantages among,as for the next three city in Zhejiang province and even junior tennis reserve personnel training mode of optimal path,to places to make certain contributions to the development of adolescent tennis career,It provides a theoretical guidance and reference for the exploration and optimization of the training mode of youth tennis reserve talents in Zhejiang province and even other provinces and cities in China.The research methods of this study are literature,interview,questionnaire,field observation,logic analysis and mathematical statistics.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)In terms of the training results of youth tennis reserve talents,Ningbo is better than Hangzhou and Wenzhou in both comprehensive competition results and the number of university talents,so it is more ideal in terms of overall training results.(2)Through factor analysis,it was determined that the factors influencing the training effect of youth tennis reserve talents in Hangzhou,Wenzhou and Ningbo were athletes,coaches,guarantee factors and selection factors.(3)Youth tennis reserve talents in the three cities are all in the age range of 11-15,and Ningbo has the largest number of people who have trained for more than 6 years.In addition,Ningbo's youth tennis reserve talents in cultural courses and special training time are more than Hangzhou and Wenzhou.(4)In the three cities,Ningbo in the teaching of age,coaches,coaches,trainers,job title,teaching ability,competition on coaching experience,and other aspects of trainingmethod is better in Hangzhou and Wenzhou,two coaches of the city in the presence of low age,title,such problems as insufficient competition coaching experience,training method.(5)At present,most of the training institutions in the three cities are funded by the government,and only some of the training institutions set up by private enterprises are sponsored by enterprises.Ningbo city is relatively ideal in the aspect of relevant medical and scientific research support,equipped withspecialized medical dietitians and life coaches,and the youth tennis reserve talent training institutions in Hangzhou and Wenzhou have only basically configured relevant hardware facilities.In terms of site,Ningbo city is better than the other two cities in terms of site facilities and geographical location.(6)Judging from the selection of athletes,the factors for reference in Ningbo are more diversified.The training institutions in the three cities mainly select coaches in the transportation channel,but in Ningbo city where the athletes have a good competitive performance,the overall transportation channel composition is more balanced.The recommendations of this study are as follows:(1)Further balance the structure of youth tennis reserve talents(2)Strengthen the construction of the coach team and improve the business level of the coach(3)Strengthen relevant guarantee construction and create a good living environment for training(4)Strengthen the construction of venues and optimize the training conditions(5)Optimize the competition mechanism and improve relevant competition system(6)Expand the talent delivery channels and improve the talent delivery system... |
