The Chinese education in the Philippines has been declining since the implementation of the educational pharmacy policy.This is not only the impact of the institutional aspects,but also an important factor affecting the Chinese language school itself.It is also the external environment in which the Chinese education in the Philippines is low factor.Over the past eight years,the Chinese teaching reform in the Philippines has done some work.The main reason is the deep-rooted traditional Chinese teaching concept deeply affects the majority of Chinese teachers.Second language teaching is not familiar to them.Chinese is the second language of Philippine Chinese students,due to the special effects of the environment,the Philippines Chinese students enthusiasm for learning Chinese is not high,interest in learning has become the beginning of all problems.They learn Chinese language,due to many factors,can not The formation of Chinese language learning a long time driving force,seriously affecting the teaching objectives and teaching effectiveness.Therefore,teachers need to use their brains in teaching,to find ways to mobilize students interest in learning Chinese,to stimulate students to learn Chinese enthusiasm,and strive to make students from passive learning to voluntary learning.Most of the students in the Philippines are learning Chinese according to their parents' requirements,and the students themselves have no purpose or ambiguous purpose.Which largely limits the students in the study of Chinese spiritual and emotional needs.Voluntary Chinese learning effort is clearly inadequate,that the majority of Chinese difficult to learn.Therefore,the Chinese teachers in the Chinese language teaching is bound to find an effective way to solve the problem,only to understand the student learning motivation,in order to enhance the teaching of relevance andeffectiveness.This paper mainly focuses on the Chinese students in the Philippines to study the reasons for the low level of Chinese learning,to find out the root causes of student retention,and to explore the impact of the abolition of retention system to students.Because the [repeater system] in the Philippines has been used in some Chinese school,the Philippines Hua Hua school advocacy of second language teaching,Chinese is the second language of the Philippine students,due to the special effects of the environment,the Philippines Chinese students to learn Chinese enthusiasm The improvement of learning interest is a good way for Chinese teachers to find effective ways in Chinese teaching.However,in the Chinese language retention system in Chinese schools,once the students have been repeated,the students' attitude towards learning Chinese is like a river,and the negative influence is huge.
