Although concept is a very small unit,it is of great significance in both text writing and oral expression.The principal will involve concepts in his daily work,so how do they understand and use these commonly used concepts? Is it scientific and rigorous? Is the concept system systematically constructed? Are new concepts created? It is out of this doubt that this study focuses on the actual investigation of high school principals' conceptual literacy,understanding its current situation,finding out the existing problems,and then putting forward corresponding suggestions for improvement.As one of the principal structure of professional more micro elements,this paper studied the principal concept of literacy involves two aspects: one is the concept of common logic sense quality,focus on the principal of the written text basic concept about the education and management in applying scientific,rigorous,it can be seen as the primary concept attainment of the principal;The second is the conceptual accomplishment in the sense of management,which investigates the principal's ability to "see the essence through the phenomenon,comprehensively think about complex things and innovate the concept",which can be regarded as the advanced conceptual accomplishment of the principal.The author collects ten texts of school development plan through various channels and analyzes the conceptual literacy of high school principals from these texts.Starting from the five basic concepts of "curriculum,teaching,moral education,campus culture and school management",this paper investigates and analyzes the situation of principals' primary conceptual literacy,and then analyzes the situation of principals' advanced conceptual literacy from the logic and content of the overall conceptual system of the planning text and the concept of innovation.It is found that there are four problems in the text: violation of definition rules,serious misuse of concepts,insufficient comprehensive ability of concepts,and weak ability of concept innovation.At the root of this problem,it is found that it is the result of the principal's insufficient understanding of concepts,the lack of systematic learning of relevant concepts,the lack of special concept standard training,and the lack of concept topic content in the principal's training.Then,Suggestions for improvement are put forward from the two aspects of conceptual literacy improvement:On the conventional level,the first is that the principal needs to strengthen the theoretical study and practical reflection of concepts;the second is to set up special courses for the improvement of concept literacy to train the principal,so that the principalcan systematically understand the concept and the logic of training concepts;the third is to carry out education management training for middle-level cadres,so as to lay the foundation for the principal's reserve;the fourth is to encourage the principal to study for the master of education in the direction of education management Upgrade concept literacy.At the special level,the first is to hold a special seminar on concept literacy for principals to make them systematically understand the concept;the second is to improve the concept literacy of principals in the text modification and improvement;the third is to organize experts to tour and guide to improve the concept literacy of principals;the fourth is to increase the special requirements of concept literacy inspection when principals are promoted so as to improve the concept literacy of principals.
