The Study On The Core Competencies Of Independent Trainers

Independent trainers are an important part of trainers,who play the role in adult educators.In recent years,with the development of social economy,people's ideas are changing constantly.More and more people want to have a job at their disposal.Therefore independent trainer has become a hot job.I have the privilege of meeting independent trainers.With the continuous in-depth understanding of this group,the following question arises: in domestic and foreign research,the trainers need to have so many abilities and qualities,whether these abilities and qualities are exactly in line with the needs of independent trainers? What are the most basic and core competencies for the independent trainers to develop? How are these core competencies developed? With this question in mind,This study adopts qualitative research method and selects three typical cases of free trainers to explore the connotation,formation mode,formation mechanism and influencing factors of the core competence of free trainers.Through the narrative exploration of the three research objects,the author finally constructs the core competences structure diagram,which includes the core industry knowledge,core methods and technologies,and core value concept of the independent trainer.The three elements respectively contain core competence.Among them,core industry knowledge includes adult learning and training knowledge and practical experience.The core methods and techniques include curriculum development and optimization ability,curriculum promotion ability,classroom management ability and personal operation ability.Core values include empowerment,a sense of mission,internal and external balance,and a commitment to excellence.The formation mechanism of core competence is formed through communication,practice and learning under the guidance of mentality.The influencing factors include work content,occupational characteristics and living environment.Through the study of the core competence of the independent trainers,it can enrich the research of the current trainer field,and provide reference and inspiration for the independent trainer's learning and training.
