| Putter is an important part of golf sport,and the technical level of putter has a great influence on players' performance.Golf putter is easy to master,but it is difficult to improve putter performance.There are many factors that affect the golf putter.In the experiment,the putter training of different diameter holes is carried out based on the perception of the size of the hole by the golfer,and the influence of the variable diameter hole circle on the accuracy,size perception constancy and Sport self-confidence of the golf putter is discussed.In this study,24 students from 2017 Golf elective class of Wuhan Institute of physical education were selected as the experimental subjects.I use literature,experiment,questionnaire,expert interview and other research methods.Before the experiment,24 subjects were tested 10 times of 2 and 7-yard putter accuracy,and the average accuracy was calculated.The results were arranged in descending order.The subjects were divided into a narrow hole group,an enlarged hole group and a standard hole group by snake grouping method.The three groups were trained to putter for eight weeks.A 3-inch diameter hole ring was used for putter training in the reducing the hole circle group,and a 5.5-inch diameter hole ring was used for putter training in the enlarged hole ring group.The accuracy,size perception constancy and motor confidence data of 2 and 7-yard putter accuracy before and after intervention were measured,respectively.SPSS 17.0 was used to analyze the experimental data.The results show that:(1)After 8 weeks of variable diameter hole circle putter training intervention,the accuracy rate of 2-yard putter in the reduced hole circle group increased from81.25% to 94.5%(increased by 13.25%),the accuracy rate of 6-yard putter increased from66.25% to 75.25%(increased by 8.87%),P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that after 8 weeks of reduced hole circle putter training intervention,the accuracy rate of 2-yard putter and 7-yard putter was improved.However,there was no statistically significant difference in the accuracy of 2-yard and 7-yard putter in the enlarged hole-circlegroup(P>0.05),indicating that the training intervention of 2-yard and 7-yard putter after 8weeks of enlarged hole-circle training could not affect the accuracy of 2-yard and 7-yard putter.There was no significant difference in the accuracy rate of the 2-yard putter in the standard hole circle group(P > 0.05),and the accuracy rate of the 7-yard putter was P<0.05,indicating that the 8-week standard hole circle putter training could improve the accuracy rate of the 7-yard putter,but had no effect on the accuracy rate of the 2-yard putter.(2)After 8 weeks of variable diameter hole circle putter training intervention,the2-yard-size perception constancy of the reduced hole circle group increased from 0.77 before intervention to 0.86 after intervention(increased by 0.09),and the 7-yard-size perception constancy increased from 0.69 before intervention to 0.76 after intervention(increased by0.07),P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,The results showed that the size perception constancy of 2 and 7 yards was improved after 8 weeks of training.There was no statistically significant difference in perceived size constancy of 2 and 7 yards between the enlarged hole-circle group and the standard hole-circle group(P>0.05),indicating that after 8weeks of enlarged hole-circle putt training intervention and standard hole-circle training could not affect perceived size constancy of 2 and 7 yards.(3)After 8 weeks of variable diameter hole circle putter training intervention,the self-confidence of the reduced hole circle group increased from 73.62 before the intervention to 79.25 after the intervention(increased by 5.63),P<0.05,which indicated that after 8 weeks of training intervention,the Sport self-confidence of the reduced hole circle group could be affected.There was no statistically significant difference in the Sport self-confidence between the enlarged hole-circle group and the standard hole-circle group(P>0.05),indicating that the intervention of the putter training with enlarged hole-circle and the standard hole-circle training after 8 weeks could not affect the Sport self-confidence.(4)Experiments show that Expanding the intervention of hole circle putter training has no effect on the accuracy of 2-yard and 7-yard putters,the constancy of size perception and the self-confidence of the students.But reducing the hole circle putter training can effectively improve the accuracy of putter.Through reducing the hole circle putter after training and thetransition to the standard hole circle putter,because of the comparative effect of perception,the players' perception of size constancy is improved,the perceived objects become larger,the players' Sport self-confidence is improved,and the putter effect is enhanced. |
