Emotion is a kind of inner emotional experience for people to experience events and external views,which is expressed through different reaction modes such as physiology,expression and behavior.The emotions people experience in life and the way they deal with them affect their social adaptability in daily life,interpersonal communication,physical and mental development,etc.In real life,more and more people are unable to control their emotions and are prone to various emotional problems,while junior high school students in adolescence are the key groups with frequent emotional problems.The reason why we pay attention to the negative emotions of junior high school students is that adolescence is a critical period for the physical and mental growth of adolescents,and it is also a frequent stage of psychological conflicts and negative emotions.In recent years,the mental health problems of adolescent students have become more and more prominent and have received more attention.Emotional problems have become increasingly prominent.Without timely intervention,emotional problems will affect the healthy development of adolescent students.This paper takes junior high school students as the research object,pays attention to the negative emotion problems of junior high school students,and based on the social work intervention project of junior high school students' negative emotion management carried out by x social work service center,finds out the application,specialization and problems in the practical process of social work methods intervention in junior high school students' negative emotion management,and discusses the effectiveness and shortcomings of social work skills and strategies intervention in junior high school students' negative emotion management.This paper studies from five parts: The first part mainly introduces the research background,significance,literature review and research methods of junior high school students' negative emotions.The second part mainly introduces the performance and causes of junior high school students' negative emotional problems.The third part mainly introduces the intervention process and results of case work and group work carried out by X Social Work Service Center,and discusses the feasibility and importance of social work methods to intervene in the negative emotion management of junior high school students.The fourth partmainly analyzes the problems and shortcomings of social workers in the process of intervention,and summarizes the experience.In the fifth part,from the perspective of social work,aiming at the problems in the intervention process,the author puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions from the social workers themselves,social work organizations and the government.At the end of this article,I summarized and reflected on the practical process.I think it is feasible,necessary and advantageous for social work to intervene in the management of middle school students' negative emotions,and it can help middle school students effectively deal with emotional problems and obtain positive experiences to a certain extent.However,there are still some difficulties in the actual intervention process of social work.To give full play to the role of social work in the emotional management of middle school students,it needs the joint efforts of various subjects.
