Discussion paper teaching plays a decisive role in junior middle school language teaching,and the development of students 'thinking ability is closely related to discussion paper teaching.The cultivation of students' thinking ability is integrated into the discussion paper reading and writing integrated teaching,so that the two can promote each other.However,in actual teaching,there are many problems in the discussion of essay teaching,which leads to a low efficiency in training students' thinking ability.In this paper,through the literature research method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,etc.,based on the analysis of the junior middle school discussion paper teaching status,students' thinking ability training and the analysis of the ninth grade discussion paper teaching material,the design of the discussion paper reading and writing integrated teaching,In order to better cultivate students' thinking ability.The introduction part of the first chapter of the paper mainly introduces the source of the topic selection,theoretical basis,related literature review,research methods and research significance.The second chapter of the thesis firstly explains the concepts of discussion paper,integrated reading and writing teaching and thinking ability,and then discusses the relationship between the three again,which lays the foundation for the following teaching design.The third chapter of the thesis investigates the status quo of essay teaching in junior middle school in city B.The survey found that there are some problems in the discussion of the dissertation teaching,such as the students' inability to master the basic knowledge of the dissertation,the low efficiency of cultivating students' thinking ability,and the weak awareness of teachers' integration of reading and writing.Chapter 4 of the thesis analyzes the junior high school Chinese textbooks from the aspects of text selection,writing unit,and student aid system analysis,and integrates the textbooks based on the thinking ability of the students selected by the text selection.It provides the foundation and targeting for the integrated teaching design of reading,writing,reading and writing.Chapter 5 of the thesis takes the purpose of cultivating students' thinking ability,taking "Do Chinese People Lose Their Confidence" as an example,from the determination of the teaching objectives of the thesis,the selection of teaching content,the determination of teaching methods and teaching processes,and the implementation of teaching design Teaching design is carried out in other aspects,so as to improve students' thinking ability,and provide a new way of thinking for the first-line teachers to discuss thesis in class.
