Research On Problems And Strategies Of Student Financial Aid Management In Higher Vocational Colleges

Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,student financial aid management in Chinese higher education has been continuously groping forward.Up to now,the management of student financial aid in colleges and universities has become an urgent problem that needs to be solved in all aspects of the work in colleges and universities.Taking the current student financial aid management in higher vocational colleges as the research object,and taking the current student financial aid management in JiZhong Vocational College as an example,the thesis is mainly about various difficulties of school financial aid management from 2017 to 2018.The thesis discusses the establishment of the management system for student financial aid in higher vocational colleges,and,based on the practice of JiZhong Vocational College in 2019,it tries to provide an effective and practical mode of operation for other colleges.The first part of the body is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background of the topic,defines the relevant concepts or terms,and expounds the research significance of the topic.Through a large number of information inquiries and sorting of materials,the thesis demonstrates various theoretical research and practical operation of student financial aid management in higher vocational colleges at home and abroad,explains the research condition of the thesis and thus determines the research methods.In the second part,the thesis mainly reviews the theories of student financial aid management.At present,student financial aid in higher vocational colleges have made some achievements,which has basically formed an effective student aid management system.Theoretically speaking,the management of student financial aid is mainly based on theory of protecting vulnerable groups,Anti poverty theory,Education Cost Sharing and Equality of Educational Opportunity.In the third part,taking JiZhong Vocational College as an example and starting from the documents of the student financial aid policy and the actual situation of financial aid acceptance for students in JiZhong Vocational College,the thesis finds that there are some problems,which are in the financial aid policy,certification standards,post-period supervision and specific operation,in the summary of student financial aid management in higher vocational colleges.All of above are caused by funding managers are inefficient,the publicity of funding management policy documents is not in place,and the departments involved in funding management are not closely linked.In the fourth part,aiming at the problems in student financial aid management in higher vocational colleges at this stage,the thesis tries to find countermeasures to those problems.Besides,according to the situation of JiZhong Vocational College,we carried out the management of student financial aid in 2019 in the college from fully implement the supporting policy documents,unify the certification standards,implement the management and service of students after receiving the support,and form an effective support process.Thus we have developed practical strategies for student financial aid management in higher colleges.
