In 2019,the State Council issued the "National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan".The first sentence in the document clearly states that "vocational education and general education are two different types of education and have equal importance." Vocational education has received unprecedented attention.As an important subject in the implementation of vocational education,secondary vocational schools take the heavy responsibility of cultivating technical and skilled talents for the country and provide strong support for national economic construction and reform and development.School work is centered on teaching in all schools,and teaching work is centered on classroom teaching.The quality of classroom teaching directly determines the quality of school teaching.As a "short-board course" in the implementation of secondary vocational school curriculum,the secondary vocational culture curriculum has an important impact on the formation of students' comprehensive quality and long-term development in the future.This study is mainly divided into five aspects,as follows:First,in the introduction part,the research origin,research purpose,research significance,research methods and research path of this research are introduced.In the second chapter,the literature related to this research is reviewed,including the "secondary vocational culture class".The definition of related concepts such as “teacher” and “classroom teaching behavior”,a review of foreign and domestic research on effective teaching behavior,and the theoretical basis of this research.Second,in the third chapter,through the interviews and daily observations of the teachers of the secondary vocational culture and the secondary vocational students,the characteristics of effective classroom teaching of the secondary vocational culture teachers are summarized,which are concentrated on the "establish of rules" and "willing to teach".",willing to learn" three characteristics.Thirdly,in the fourth chapter,the questionnaires for the classroom teaching behavior of the teachers of the secondary vocational culture are compiled,and the secondary vocational students are issued.Through the test of the questionnaire,the discrimination,validity and reliability of the questionnaire are tested.The test results are good.The questionnaire was officially distributed and collected,and the data of the questionnaire was analyzed.The performance of the teachers ofthe secondary vocational culture class in the classroom,questioning,presentation,feedback guidance and management behavior were obtained.Fourthly,in the fifth chapter,interviews and investigations on the factors influencing the classroom teaching behavior of the teachers of the secondary vocational culture class,and the two factors of the teacher's own influencing factors and the external influence factors of the teachers.The teachers' own factors mainly include teaching ability and teaching concept.Teaching style;the external factors of teachers are mainly teaching,students and schools.Fifthly,aiming at the problems existing in reality,this paper proposes a strategy for improving the effective teaching behavior of teachers in secondary vocational culture classes,which is divided into two major aspects: teachers and schools.In the last chapter,this study is summarized,and some ideas and research innovations,research deficiencies and prospects for teaching are put forward.
