The sharing link of an art collective teaching activities is a teaching link between teachers and children to share creative materials,stimulate creative inspiration,exchange creative experiences,and express creative emotions.Through the sharing process,the children's ability to express beauty,feel beauty,appreciate beauty and aesthetic creation is developed,and teachers' understanding of children and professional ability are also improved accordingly.In fact,in the art collective teaching activities,whether teachers set up sharing links and how to set up sharing links will affect the effect of art teaching activities.This research comprehensively adopts four research methods: literature method,natural observation method,investigation method and case analysis method,and uses the self-made "Kindergarten Art Collective Teaching Activity Sharing Link Questionnaire" to investigate the kindergarten teachers in Fujian Province from three levels: “teacher's understanding of sharing”,“design of sharing link” and “implementation of sharing”.and from the age,teaching age,initial professional,academic qualifications,professional titles,taught age classes,garden type,education background Compare and analyze the status quo of the sharing link of kindergarten art collective teaching activities.The survey results show that in terms of understanding,teachers generally agree with the role of art collective teaching activity sharing links for children and teachers,and believe that sharing links should be dominated by young children;in terms of design basis,teachers according to the teaching objectives to design the sharing link;In the implementation of the sharing session,teachers can flexibly set up sharing sessions,They generally use the method of physical sharing.The form of sharing is for teachers to ask some children to share or let them share with each other.Teachers generally choose children who achieve the teaching goals or with good language skills to share,and the content of sharing is mainly the children's views on their own works.teacher organize the sharing session generally lasts 5-10 minutes,and they pay more attention to the children's works in the sharing session.The main difficulty encountered by teachers in the sharing process is that it is difficult to achieve sharing goals.Through the analysis of the data,the interviews of the teachers and the observations at the event site,this study summarizes the subjective and objective factors affecting the teacher's design and implementation of the art collective teaching activity sharing link,such as: "teacher's concept of children's development","achievement motivation","teaching skills","art quality literacy","school teacher education book"," the needs of different types of activities ","the routines of sharing art activities","the characteristics of children's age" and "the conditions for supporting art activities".And according to the influencing factors,it further proposes six suggestions from the teacher level and the kindergarten level.Such as "establishing the correct values of art education”,“learning to reflect,improving the ability of teaching and research”,“improving the professionalism of art”,“providing and training teaching equipment”,and “reasonably adjusting the teaching and learning.”...
