| The core literacy of mathematics is the focus of the new curriculum reform,which has aroused widespread concern in the education community.To promote the development of students' core literacy of mathematics,it also needs to be implemented in teaching.The 2017 edition of the 《General Senior High School Mathematics Curriculum Standard》 provides a theoretical basis for high school first-line teachers.Unit teaching design is an important means to implement the core literacy of mathematics in teaching.The purpose of this study is to understand the current status of the teacher's unit teaching design around the core literacy of mathematics,and propose suggestions for improvement for the first-line teachers.Firstly,through literature research,the definition of mathematical core literacy and unit teaching design is defined.Through analysis,the connotation of mathematical core literacy and unit teaching design concept,the characteristics of unit teaching design and the advantages of using unit teaching design in teaching are determined.The steps of unit teaching design are: determining the unit content;analyzing the teaching elements;writing unit teaching objectives;unit teaching time schedule;reflection,evaluation and modification.Secondly,through questionnaire survey and interviews with high school first-line teachers,it is found that teachers lack attention to unit teaching design and mathematical core literacy,lack relevant theoretical knowledge,and cannot deeply understand the connotation of unit teaching design and mathematical core literacy,and how to focus on math core literacy.There is doubt about the unit teaching design.When designing the unit teaching around the core literacy of mathematics,it is not clear that the teacher's design methods for determining the teaching objectives,textbook analysis,analysis of the situation,determining the difficulties,designing the teaching process,and teaching reflection.In response to the problems found,the following suggestions are proposed:(1)enriching theoretical knowledge and increasing the emphasis on unit teaching design;(2)studying "Course Standards" to deeply understand the core literacy of mathematics;(3)forming a team of teachers to conduct Unit teaching design;(4)Focusing on the core literacy of mathematics,optimizing unit teaching design.Finally,based on the previous research,according to the steps of the determined unit teaching design,through the understanding of the current teaching situation and the exchange of experience with the frontline teachers,using case analysis method,textbook analysis method and literature research method,the core literacy around mathematics is proposed.The specific strategies of each part of the unit teaching design are explained with the corresponding cases.The purpose is to inspire teachers,improve the ability of teachers to design unit teaching,and better implement the core literacy of mathematics in teaching. |
