In order to solve the practical problems existing in the teaching of high school chemistry experiment and give full play to the educational function of chemistry experiment to cultivate students' core literacy,this paper applies IMSA'S PBL teaching mode to chemistry experiment teaching and tests its practical effect on high school chemistry experiment teaching.To contribute to the exploration of the new high school chemistry experiment teaching model.This article mainly includes the following five parts:The first part is the introduction to this article.Based on the core literacy of chemistry,it emphasizes the importance of chemistry experiments,and introduces the main content,purpose and significance,ideas and methods of this research.And on this basis,the keywords of this study are defined.The second part is the investigation of the current situation of high school chemistry experiment teaching.It mainly investigates the current situation of experimental chemistry teaching in high school from the perspective of teachers and students.The main problems include the following five points:(1)lack of students' subjectivity;(2)lack of validity of chemistry experiment education;(3)teaching hours arrange for tension;(4)the education is lacking in fostering emotion;(5)the evaluation method is single.The third part is an introduction to the IMSA's PBL model.In order to be more proficient in applying this model to the actual chemistry experiment teaching,the author combines the specific case to analyze the theoretical basis,elements,characteristics,principles and processes of the model.The fourth part is the application of IMSA's PBL mode in high school chemistry experiment teaching.This model was used to teach the design of "Aspirin Preparation",and the advanced nature of the model in chemistry experiment teaching was verified through classroom observation and interviews.The fifth step is the conclusion and reflection of this paper.Through the heterogeneity of the preparation of aspirin,the influence of IMSA's PBL model on the current schools,teachers and students in the current high school chemistry experiment was verified.At the same time,the difficulties encountered by the model were also found and suggestions were made.
