Scientific thinking is one of the core literacy of high school biology.It is mainly represented by thinking,analysis,induction,generalization,deduction,reasoning,and the ability and quality of problem solving.The main line teaching refers to the creation of the teaching content according to the characteristics of the textbook text,the actual situation of the students and the teaching content,and then arranges the teaching points according to the overall layering,focusing on the teaching points one by one,and finally integrating the teaching points before and after,constructing a complete and clear the teaching context,and then realize a teaching strategy of orderly dialogue between students,teachers,editors and textbooks.The main line teaching based on scientific thinking is to carry out the teaching content in the form of main line,such as the main line of knowledge system,the main line of experimental inquiry process,the main line of scientific history,etc.In the process of constructing the main line,the use of analysis,synthesis,comparison,classification,generalization,abstraction and other ways of thinking,open up the knowledge context,present the teaching focus,and thus achieve the teaching objectives and cultivate the students' scientific thinking teaching methods.This study used literature review methods,experimental methods,and comparative analysis methods.Through the literature,we can understand the research status and related concepts of main line teaching and students' scientific thinking training.In the classroom teaching,the high school biology textbooks are used to link knowledge,mind mapping,experimental exploration,constructing models,and scientific history to construct the main line and cultivate students' scientific thinking.After conducting the teaching experiment,the Chinese version of SPSS 19 was used to test the scores of the four exams,and the independent sample T test was used to compare the students' overall scores.Then the average score and the perfect score of the scientific thinking questions in the test paper were analyzed,and the training of scientific thinking was obtained.The results of teaching experiments found that the experimental class of the main line teaching scores higher than the control class,indicating that students can solve problems according to biological knowledge and principles in the main line teaching process,and the scientific thinking ability has improved.Combining teaching theory with teaching practice,it puts forward some suggestions for cultivating scientific thinking in the main line teaching.First,it is necessary to grasp the knowledge points of the teaching materials as a whole,find the main line of the teaching materials,and combine the teaching style of the teachers with the cognitive rules of the students.Second,the formation of scientific thinking is cultivated from the aspects of biological concepts,experimental exploration,scientific history,and model construction.Third,around the main line of teaching,students' knowledge is expanded,students' comprehensive ability is enhanced,and scientific thinking is enhanced.
