| The global aging is intensifying, and China has entered a stage of rapid development of aging.Tourism has increased the life satisfaction of the seniors, improved subjective well-being and quality of life.It is an important part of actively pursuing life in the later years and is an important way and means to deal with aging. At present, the seniors tourism market is booming, although the answer to the question of “what” affects the decision-making of the seniors is rich, but it is also static and listed. In response to the current prosperous seniors tourism market and complex tourism behaviors,it is necessary to thoroughly explore the decision-making mechanism of the seniors tourism, that is,the seniors are “how to” make tourism decisions.Time factor is an important factor in the decision-making of the seniors. In particular, the individual's perception of the future time has been proved to be one of the powerful determinants of leisure behavior.Compared with young people, the objective age of the seniors makes their subjective perception of time more group characteristics,so it is necessary to explore the relationship between time perception and tourism decision-making.Future time perspective is the future goal of individual organization, expecting, interpreting and constructing a personality trait in the future, including the individual's perception of the limited time in the future, and exploring its influence on the travel intention of the seniors can help deepen the tourism decision of the seniors.Based on the theory of socioemotional selectivity theory and the theory of planned behavior, this study selects the elderly(born in 1946-1963)as the research object, and explores the influence relationship between future time perspective and travel intention and the mediating role of attitude toward the behavior, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control, and constructs a univariate triple intermediary model. The research uses the structural equation model to analyze and test the data, and finds:(1)The future time perspective of the seniors positively affects its attitude toward the behavior, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control;(2)Attitude toward the behavior and perceived behavioral control positively affect the tourism intentions of the seniors;(3)Attitude toward the behavior plays a mediating role in future time perspective and travel intention.Future time perspective positively affects the travel intention of the seniors through attitude toward the behavior;(4)Perceived behavior control plays a mediating role in future time perspective and travel intention.Future time perspective positively influence the travel intention of the elderly through perceived behavior control. The study clarified the dynamic mechanism of tourism decision-making for the seniors, deepened the application of socioemotional selectivity theory and the theory of planned behavior in the field of tourism research, and analyzed the micro-influence factors, psychological mechanisms and their influence paths affecting the individual decision-making of the seniors. The results present theoretical and management implications and discuss research limitations and future research prospects. |
