In recent years,there have been many attempts in regional education reform in our country,but one of the most beneficial attempts is that the government buys educational intermediary agencies and entrusts the management of basic education public schools.Our country's educators have paid more and more attention to the initial success from the very beginning.With the success of the initial attempt,more and more educators in China pay attention to it.On the basis of sorting out the research results of entrusted management of basic education at home and abroad,the author focuses on the practical research of entrusted management of intermediary institutions in basic education.Through a comprehensive analysis of practical cases,the author explores the main points and difficulties of entrusted management in practice,which provides an important reference for improving the entrusted management model.Firstly,the author explains the connotation of the entrusted management model of basic education and the necessity and feasibility of the reform of regional education in China.Then,on the basis of the comprehensive analysis of practice cases,the process of specific time is fully demonstrated,and the results of entrusted management are objectively commented.Finally,inspiration is obtained from the practice of entrusted management in J area.Firstly,from the perspective of principal-agent theory,the most important thing is to solve the problem of "agent".We should select the right trustee in advance and design the best contract,and establish a market-oriented supervision and evaluation mechanism to ensure the success of trusteeship management.Secondly,from the perspective of organizational change theory,educational intermediaries should have advanced educational concepts,practical organizational goals and core technologies with characteristics to ensure the success of trusteeship management culturally.In view of these points of practice,the author further puts forward some suggestions to improve the entrusted management.First,based on the theory of entrustment agency,we need to perfect and form the best contract,and then we need to strengthen the management of teachers in the recipient schools in the process of entrustment management.At the same time,we must gradually improve the information exchange system of all parties,and finally establish and improve the third-party evaluation mechanism after the conclusion of entrustment management.It is worth noting that the delegation management time cycle should also be extended appropriately. |
