In recent years,with the rapid development of higher education and the expansion of its scale,the degree of socialization of colleges and universities is increasing day by day,and there are more and more cooperation with off campus economies.The risk of clean government is also very prominent,and it brings great challenges to the supervision work of colleges and universities.On the basis of the construction of digital campus,it is necessary to improve the electronic supervision of key business areas of colleges and universities by means of information technology.However,some of the current monitoring systems focus on single source monitoring and lack of comprehensive monitoring of multi-source data;others focus on in-process monitoring and fail to make good use of post-processing data.Therefore,this paper studies and applies an electronic supervision system for multi-source data.Its main work and achievements are as follows:1)The business system abstract model of BIPE logic structure is proposed,and based on this abstract model,the supervisory matters model is built with position characteristics.The model combines risk control ideas of supervisory matters model with the assistance and cooperation of data collection module,data conversion module,data processing model and confluence disposal model,and processes the whole data flow process as a system model.The model of college electronic supervision is built for multi-source data.2)The Community Discovery Louvain algorithm solves the so-called "federation" relationship discovery among suppliers in terms of bid matters,that is,on the basis of attribute relationships,the participating relationship attributes are added to form a hybrid relationship network.Make full use of the abundant data in the system to data mining,and then knowledge discovery,to help the mining knowledge to prevent and complete the supervision in the supervisory system beforehand,and to reduce the probability of "enclosure" violations.3)The functional structure of each module of the system is introduced and described,and the overall framework and workflow of the system are introduced and designed in detail.This paper studies the design and implementation of functional modules such as event monitoring,comprehensive monitoring,event management,monitoring early warning,monitoring analysis,monitoring evaluation,system management,and finally uses B/S architecture to realize the application of the overall function based on the design scheme.
