Objective:In this study,10 male long distance swimmers in shaanxi province were tested.The changes of gas metabolism,blood routine and hemorheology before and after winter training were analyzed.Methods:Through consulting domestic and foreign literature on swimming exercise and physiological and biochemical monitoring of winter training,consulting swimming coaches,sports workers and field experts,the subjects were tested for gas metabolism test,blood routine,hemorheological physiological and biochemical indicators before and after winter training comparison and correlation analysis,using SPSS12.0 statistical software package to use statistical processing,using X±SD to express the test results,the data obtained by paired samples t test method for the group before and after comparison,the significant level of the difference in PX±SD0.05.Results:1.In the quiet state,the TV、VO2、HR、VO2/HR after winter training was larger than before winter training,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05),which was generally consistent with the VEO2and its RR、VE、VCO2was less than that before winter training(P<0.05).2.Under anaerobic threshold,the TV、VO2/HR、HR after winter training was significantly larger than before winter training(P<0.05),the RR、VE was significantly smaller than before winter training(P<0.01),and the VO2、VCO2、VEO2、was greater than before winter training(P>0.05).3.Under the state of maximum oxygen uptake,the TV、VE、VO2、VO2/HR after winter training was significantly greater than before winter training(P>0.05),the RR、HR was greater than before winter training(P>0.05),and the VO2、VEO2was less than before winter training(P>0.05).4.Of the indexes of blood routine,the HGB、MCV、MCH、MCHC after winter training was significantly larger than before winter training,and the RBC、HCT was slightly larger than before winter training,RDW there was no change before and after winter training.5.In the biochemical indexes of blood flow change,the NB、NH、NM、NL、NP、ESR、ESRK、ARBC、TK after winter training was smaller than before winter training except that the TK was slightly larger than before winter training.6.Under the ventilation threshold load,the VO2and VEO2of long-distance swimmers were moderately negatively correlated before winter training,the VO2and O2/HR were highly positively correlated after winter training,moderately positively correlated with TV、VE and moderately negatively correlated with VEO2,Under the critical load of maximum oxygen uptake,athletes VO2were highly positive correlated with VO2/HR before winter training,VO2moderately positive correlated with TV、RR、VE and negatively correlated with VEO2.the athletes VO2and VO2/HR were highly positive correlated after winter training,VO2moderately positive correlated with TV、RR、VE,and moderately negative correlated with VEO2.7.Under the ventilation threshold load intensity,before winter training,athletes VO2were highly positive related to MCH,moderately positive related to HGB、HCT、MCHC,and low positive related to RBC.after winter training,athletes VO2were highly positive related to MCH,moderately positive related to HGB、HCT、MCHC,and low related to RBC.Under the maximum oxygen intake load,the VO2and RBC、HGB、HCT、MCH、MCHC of pre-winter athletes were moderately positive,and the VO2and RBC、HGB、HCT、MCH、MCHC of post-winter athletes were moderately positive.8.The intensity of ventilation threshold load,the VO2and ESR、TK、ESR K of athletes were moderately negative correlated with winter training,moderate negative correlation withηH、ηM、ηL、ηP、Arbc,moderate positive correlation with ESR K and moderate negative correlation withηH、ηM、ηL、ηP、ESR、Arbc、TK after winter training.Under the maximum oxygen uptake load,the VO2of athletes before winter training was moderately negative correlated withηH、ηM、ηL、ESR、Arbc、TK,low negative correlation with NP、ESR K,moderate negative correlation between athletes VO2andηH、ηM、ηL、ESR、Arbc、TK after winter training,and low negative correlation withηP、ESR K.Conclusion:(1)After winter training,the aerobic ability and aerobic exercise ability of long distance swimmers in Shaanxi Province were improved.(2)After winter training,the improvement of lung ventilation efficiency of long distance swimmers in Shaanxi Province was the main feature of gas metabolism improvement.(3)After winter training,the provincial governor of Shaanxi improved the hemorheology and oxygen carrying capacity of swimmers.(4)After winter training,the improvement of hemorheology of long distance swimmers in Shaanxi Province was mainly related to the enhancement of erythrocyte deformability.(5)After winter training,the improvement of aerobic capacity of long distance swimmers in Shaanxi Province was related to the improvement of heart function,lung ventilation efficiency and hemorheology. |
