With the rapid development of market economy,small enterprises have become an important support for the rapid growth of domestic economy.Although most small enterprises have realized that effective internal control is an important guarantee for business development and risk prevention,due to its small scale,low starting point,weak finance and limited human and material resources and financial resources,it is impossible to establish a set of perfect internal control system in a short period of time and operate it effectively and continuously.Therefore,based on the consideration of business efficiency and cost,establishing a set of simple and practical internal control system,adopting reasonable and effective management methods to implement and continuously improve the effect of internal control has become a major problem faced by small enterprises in internal management.As the foundation and pillar of enterprise management,standardized management has become a more advanced and effective management method for enterprises in the new era.However,at present,there is little research on the integration of standardized management and internal control system,especially at the level of small enterprises.Therefore,this paper selects W Education Technology Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "W company")for theoretical and case studies.In addition to having important innovation research value and great practical significance for the enterprise,its research ideas and expected results can also be used as an important reference for the construction of internal control system of small enterprises.This paper takes W company as a case to study the application ideas,implementation paths and methods of standardized management in the construction of internal control system of small enterprises.First of all,through literature and theoretical research,determine the current research status,deficiencies,and the value and space of this paper;second,through the collection,collation and analysis of case enterprises and field visits,determine the research background of the case,and propose the internal control and other internal management problems faced by the enterprise;then,through the internal control body of the enterprise To evaluate the current situation of department and standardization management,to further determine the actual problems of its internal control system and analyze the causes of the problems;thirdly,to put forward the logic of W company's standardization internal control system construction from the perspective of theory and practice,and to elaborate the standardization internal control policies at the strategic(system)level,tactical(work)level and operational(standard)level based on the logic Finally,it summarizes the process of case study and puts forward the conclusion of case study.In this paper,through a new perspective-to guide and reconstruct the internal control system of enterprises with the idea of standardized management,combined with the case analysis of the nature of internal control of small enterprises,a set of practical solutions are put forward.At the same time,as a scientific and effective way to open standardized management in the construction of internal control system of small enterprises,this paper can provide ideas for the construction of internal control system of domestic small enterprises,and provide reference for the integration of internal control system and other management systems,theories and methods.
