As important undertakers of socialist modernization construction,College students can't ignore the importance of their ideological concepts,ideals and beliefs.However,with the deepening of reform and opening up and the rapid progress of world globalization,subcultures which are incompatible with the dominant culture are becoming more and more popular.Youth “Sang culture” is the language,words or pictures with decadence,despair,pessimism and other emotions and colors that are popular among the post-90 s youth.It is a new form of youth subculture.The emergence and prevalence of "Sang culture" represented by "horse-faced man","discarded wood","sad frog","Ge You lai",and "face of the world",which reflects the spiritual characteristics and collective anxiety of the current youth.The "Sang culture" of some groups reflects the strong changes in their thinking,behavior,and mentality in the face of a complex and changing social environment during profound social changes,which highlights some new situations and new values for contemporary college students.Problems,and therefore deserve social attention and proper guidance.Based on the current situation of the impact of the "Sang culture" on college students 'values,combined with field survey data,this article focuses on analyzing the negative effects of the "Sang culture" on college students' values,and analyzes the reasons for the negative effects.Attempts to propose a way of cultivating college students' values under the influence of youth "Sang culture" from the multi-dimensional perspectives of government,universities,society,and individual college students.This research takes literature research method and survey research method as the main research methods,and based on domestic and foreign researches on “Sang culture”.Based on combing,summarizing and summarizing the existing literature,it issues questionnaires and in-depth interviews.Understand the impact of youth "Sang culture" on university students 'values and other specific forms,and clarify the negative impact on university students' values.The conclusions of the study are as follows: The youth "Sang culture" brings negative impacts on college students' values,interpersonal emotional grooming,intensified Internet expression,and personal value orientation.The main reasons for the above problems are: the catalysis of socioeconomic and employment situations,the mainstream culture needs to be activated,and the government supervision mechanism needs to be improved;the education of university values in the education environment and practice needs to be improved;and the family's moral education and upbringing methods.And other reasons such as poor demonstration function and insufficient personal media literacy of contemporary college students.The author puts forward the following suggestions on leading the governance of "Sang culture" with the core values of socialism and enhancing the effectiveness of the value education of college students: First,from the government perspective,play a leading role and advocate the spread of "ran culture".The first is to purify the content of cyberspace,occupying ideological and political guidance,the second is to improve social governance capabilities and strengthen the supervision of online media;the third is to "ignite" the main theme of culture and activate mainstream cultural identity.From the perspective of colleges and universities,the first is to strengthen psychological counseling education and cultivate humanistic feelings of college students;the second is to deepen theoretical literacy education to enhance the critical thinking of college students;the third is to improve value education and strengthen the guidance of college students' values.From the perspective of the family,the role of family demonstration should be strengthened,and the synergy of family education should be brought into play.The first is to change the concept of education and focus on preaching by example;the second is to improve the cultivation methods to teach students according to their aptitude;the third is to play a social role to achieve the connection between family and society.From the perspective of college students,we should pay attention to the basic role of individuals and effectively get rid of the state of "Sang".The first is to strengthen faith,establish correct self-awareness,and face “Sang”;the second is to enrich life,strive to realize personal value,and rise to “burn”;the third is to improve the spirit of “careful independence” and media literacy to prevent problems before they occur.
