Relying on planned behavior theory,this study uses the literature material method,interview method,questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics research methods such as the overweight and obese students' exercise behavior and its influencing factors were studied,the basic conclusion is as follows:(1)the overweight and obesity the physical exercise behavior of college students mainly includes the exercise time,frequency,intensity,exercise four aspects.The frequency,time and intensity of physical exercise were significantly different in gender,grade and body mass index.The overall physical exercise status of overweight and obese college students is not optimistic,but the physical exercise status of male students is better than that of female students.Physical exercise was the best in sophomore years,followed by juniors,seniors,and finally,freshmen.The lighter the body weight,the better the physical exercise behavior.In terms of participation,overweight and obese college students participate in physical exercise mostly with their classmates and friends.(2)among the four dimensions of influencing factors of physical exercise behavior of overweight and obese college students,the average score of attitude is the highest,followed by subjective norm,behavioral intention and perceived behavioral control.The factors influencing the physical exercise behavior of overweight and obese college students were significantly different in gender,grade and body mass index.Overweight and obese male college students scored higher than female college students in all dimensions.The mean values of behavioral intention and behavioral attitude were the highest in the third grade.The subjective norms and perceptual behavior control mean values were the highest in the second year.The scores of mild obesity and overweight were the highest and the lowest in the emotional and volitional dimensions.Mild obesity was the highest and moderate obesity was the lowest in the cognitive dimension.The lower the weight of family members or relatives,teachers,classmates or friends,the higher the score;The highest score in the teacher dimension was mild obesity,and the lowest score was moderate obesity.The knowledge and skills of cognitive behavior control scored the highest among the moderately obese,overweight and mildly obese students.For behavioral intention,the lighter the weight,the stronger the behavioral intention of physical exercise.(3)the factors influencing the physical exercise behavior of overweight and obese college students in different grades,genders and body mass index are different,with both common and individual factors.Knowledge,skill and physical quality are the common factors of all overweight and obese college students' physical exercise behaviors,which have predictive effects on physical exercise behaviors.However,the main influencing factors are different.The time factor is the personality factor of overweight and obese male college students,and the teacher factor is the personality factor of overweight and obese female college students.The factors of site items are the personality factors of overweight and obese college students in the first year,the emotional factors are the personality factors of overweight and obese college students in the second year,and the cognitive factors are the personality factors of overweight and obese college students in the third year.The time factor is the personality factor of overweight college students,and the emotion factor is the personality factor of mildly obese college students.
