| As the intersection and integration of scientific issues continue to increase,interdisciplinary research has been widely used in scientific and academic circles at home and abroad.Interdisciplinary research not only extends the traditional scientific research methods,but also provides scientific research with a new direction.However,today's Chinese interdisciplinary research is facing the dilemma of low enthusiasm and low output rate of achievements.Besides,until now relative research is mainly focused on the organizations and interdisciplinary research teams on macro and micro level,so it is necessary to increase the research of revealing the mechanism of interdisciplinary researchers.As the main force of interdisciplinary research,how to increase the frequency of university research's interdisciplinary behaviors and enhance their interdisciplinary intention,and then establish a continuous and effective interdisciplinary incentive policy is the key point to increase interdisciplinary knowledge creation and collaborative innovation knowledge output.To solve this problem,the article takes university researchers as the main body of research,with the theory of planned behavior(TPB)to model the relevant mechanisms of university researchers' interdisciplinary research intention.The research will have very important theoretical and practical significance for understanding the complex logic behind the multi-generation,solving complex problems such as inter-disciplinary technology integration,cooperation and collaboration,and disciplinary integration.This research reviews the domestic and international literatures on interdisciplinary research and influencing factors of research intention.Based on the planned attribute characteristics of interdisciplinary research behavior,the research on the influencing factors and formation mechanism of interdisciplinary research of university researchers is launched.First of all,this study draws on TPB and combines with the actual scientific research situation,systematically discusses the connotation,dimensions,and related variables of the core variables and important concepts in this article,adding the "past scientific research experience" factor to extended theory of planned behavior,and proposes a university conceptual analysis framework for interdisciplinary research program behavior.On this basis,a conceptual model of the planned behavioral of interdisciplinary research based on "prominent belief-behavior perception-scientific intention" was constructed.A model of interdisciplinary research behavior perception mechanism of "knowledge preparation level-external research resources-scientific research cooperation relationship" is proposed,which reveals the internal structural relationship and the path of action of each construct produced by interdisciplinary research behavior.Based on the above work,this paper compiles a questionnaire survey on the influencing factors of university researchers' interdisciplinary research willingness,and revises the questionnaire through expert interviews and pre-surveys.It measures 542 university teachers and research students.Finally,SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 21.0 software were used for statistical analysis of the data,and the hypothesis was tested and explained.On this basis,a clear conclusion was drawn and corresponding countermeasures were proposed for how to strengthen and improve university interdisciplinary research management suggest.The research ideas and conclusions of this article will contribute to the development of this aspect of the academic field,and further explore the effective support of university interdisciplinary research and the construction of high-level interdisciplinary research from the perspective of academic atmosphere construction,seed project support and scientific research incentive policies.The team provided a theoretical basis and perfected the existing interdisciplinary scientific research behavior analysis element system and its function mode. |
