| In recent years,national policies and people's expectations have had a significant impact on the development of education,especially pre-school education.It is facing an unprecedented development opportunity.Private pre-school education organizations have emerged and occupied half of China's pre-school education industry,forming a fierce competition with public pre-school education organizations.The gradual coverage of the normalization environment and the economic development model has been constantly changing,and pre-school education industry has entered a quick restructuring phase.The increasingly fierce competition in education industry is putting pressure on the operation and development of pre-school education organizations.Meanwhile,traditional education systems and models are confronted with challenges due to parents' preferences.As a result,the introduction of diversified marketing methods is one of the most effective ways to develop private pre-school organizations.It will definitely improve their competitiveness,increase market shares and ultimately achieve an organic combination of public benefit and profit maximization.In this paper,we selected Y preschool organization that runs private nursery schools as the research object.We studied the marketing strategy of Y preschool organization in Da Qing by research,comparative analysis and expert interviews.Firstly,introduced the basic situation of Y preschool organization,used PEST theory to analyze and discuss the macro and micro environment of Y preschool organization.Then analyzed and researched the marketing situation and practice achievements of Y preschool organization and identified the advantages and disadvantages of this organization,the opportunities and threats they may face by applying SWOT analytical mode to find out the existing problems and reasons.Finally,devised a marketing strategy which is suitable for Y preschool organization through STP analysis and 4Ps marketing theory to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies.The paper aims to provide reference and guidance to other pre-school education enterprises in the preschool education market through the study anddiscussion of the marketing strategy of Y preschool education institutions in Da Qing. |
