Higher education,as an important force for social development,is related to the prosperity of the country and the revitalization of the nation.In recent years,with the implementation of the "Belt and Road" policy and the development of cross-border e-commerce,the international economy and trade majors(full text referred to as "International Trade Specialty"),which have a close relationship with social and economic development,are constantly being valued,colleges and universities need to re-examine the training of international trade majors.The talent training program is the basis for talent training.Moreover,colleges and universities are in the 2012 edition of the "Undergraduate Professional Catalogue and Professional Introduction"(full text referred to as "Professional Introduction")and the 2018 edition of the "National Standard for the Quality of Undergraduate Professional Teaching in Colleges and Universities"(full text referred to as "Professional Teaching Quality Standard")During the transition period,the research on the training program for international trade professionals in universities has practical and theoretical significance for the self-construction of local universities and the training of international trade professionals.In order to better meet the demand of international trade and solve the problem of employment difficulties for most international trade graduates,this article is guided by the theory of human capital,the theory of all-round development of human beings and the theory of personnel training,and is based on the "Professional Introduction" and "Professional Teaching Quality Standards," and is issued by the Ministry of Education.Opinions on the Comprehensive Improvement of Talent Training Ability(hereinafter referred to as "40 New Age Higher Education"),using research methods such as literature analysis,expert interview method,and comparative analysis method,and using the training program for international trade professionals in eight universities in Hunan Province as a research sample.This paper analyzes the training objectives,training requirements,curriculum setting and practice teaching in the personnel training program.It is found that the training program for international trade professionals has problems such as vague orientation andcontradiction in the training goals,and problems such as low content compatibility and confusion in expression in the training requirements.In the course setting,there are problems such as unclear course attributes,unreasonable course setting,and unscientific course structure.There are problems such as confusing credit setting and irregular setting in practice teaching.Through the in-depth study of the personnel training program,we reconstructed the training goals,training requirements and modular international trade professional curriculum system oriented by diversified talent types,and the practice teaching with high quality and high standards.It provides a reference for colleges and universities to formulate training programs for international trade professionals.
