| Backgrounds and Objective: Data show that college students' physical fitness has declined and the incidence of sub-health has increased.In this context,the starting point is to improve the quality and specialization of martial art elective courses in colleges and universities to enhance the students' sports effect.This study analyzes the movements of Tai Chi in traditional Chinese martial arts,it uses sports biomechanical research methods to analyze the typical movements of Tai Chi,and explores the basic mechanisms and principles of Tai Chi movements,and provides data support for teachers to teach Tai Chi movements,thereby improving Teaching Quality.Methods: Thirty college students with Tai Chi practice experience were recruited as subjects for experiments.The test content includes exercises of normal walking and five Tai Chi movements.The Vicon infrared motion capture system and Kistler threedimensional force plate were used to collect the kinematics and dynamics data of the subjects simultaneously.The paired t test and non-parametric test were used to compare the kinematics and dynamics data of the subjects' Tai Chi gait and normal walking gait,significance level was determined as P <0.05.Results: Generally speaking,the five movements of Tai Chi have smaller displacements of the center of gravity in the front-rear direction of the human body and are larger in the left-right direction.Compared with normal walking,the movement angles of the three joints of the lower limbs in the five movements in the flexion and extension direction are significantly different,and there are also significant differences in the direction of internal and external rotation of the knee joint and valgus of the ankle joint.The three joints of cloud hand movements have significant differences in the contribution of frontal and horizontal movements,and the other joints of Tai Chi movement and normal walking have significant differences in the contribution of sagittal movements.The extreme values of the lower limb joints of the five typical movements of Tai Chi are generally smaller than those of normal walking,the dynamic stability of the support leg at the time of leaving the ground is poor,and the displacement of the center of gravity of the plantar pressure is significantly different.Conclusions: The movement of Tai Chi is complex and changeable.It keeps the movement of the center of gravity low makes the hip and knee joints have greater internal moments,the range of displacement of the center of gravity is large and the direction of movement is variable.The joints that play different roles in different movements are also different.In the process of Tai Chi movement,the body stability at the end of the supporting phase(the transition phase of Tai Chi movement)is poor.In the classroom preparation activities,teachers plan warm-up activities to activate the relevant muscles of Tai Chi exercise;When teaching and practicing Tai Chi exercises,it should pay more attention to the details of movements such as moderate movement of some joints and correct force direction to improve the quality of movements;and when organizing activities,it's need to perform targeted stretching to prevent physical damage caused by lactic acid accumulation and excessive muscle fatigue.In the end,the quality of the entire teaching process is guaranteed,the teaching methods are enriched,the physical fitness of college students is improved,and traditional martial arts are promoted. |
