Purpose: in shangrao normal college freshman students as experimental object,the comparison of traditional sports development course,development + sports curriculum,the traditional physical education curriculum and so on three different influence on the students' physique health intervention way,make clear the necessity and feasibility of college courses in sports development,for PE teaching reform in colleges and universities to provide the theory and practice basis.Methods: literature,interview,questionnaire,experiment,measurement and mathematical statistics.The results of the experiment:(1)The influence on the psychological quality of the students: The scores of SCL-90 in each experimental group were less than that before the experiment,among which,the effect of the expansion plus the traditional physical education course was the most obvious,followed by the development of the course,and the traditional course was the least obvious.(2)The influence on body morphology of the students: Except for the BMI(P=0.063>0.05)and leg circumference(P=0.465>0.05)of the boys in the control group and the leg circumference(P=0.904>0.05)of the girls in the control group,there were significant changes in the body shape indexes of the other groups(P=0.000<0.05).In terms of BMI,waist circumference and hip circumference,the test results of all three groups(both boys and girls had the same trend)all decreased.On the index of leg circumference,the test results of students in the traditional PE teaching + PE extension training group decreased,the test results of students in the traditional PE training group improved,and the change of the traditional PE teaching group was relatively flat.Therefore,in terms of improving students' body shape,traditional physical education curriculum,pure physical education extension training,expansion +traditional physical education curriculum are all obvious,but expansion + traditional physical education curriculum has the most obvious effect.(3)The effect of three groups on the physical function of the students: the three groups of students had significant changes in various physical function indexes(P=0.000<0.05),In terms of the indicators of vital capacity and step test,the test results of the three groups(boys and girls with the same trend)all increased.On the indicators of quiet heart rate and quiet blood pressure,the test results of the three groups(male and female students with the same trend)all decreased.Therefore,traditional physical education curriculum,pure physical education extension training andextension + traditional physical education curriculum can obviously improve students' physical function,but pure physical education extension training has the most obvious effect.(4)The influence on students' physical quality: the three groups of students had a significant change in the physical fitness index(P=0.000<0.05),among which,the long jump,pull-up for boys,sit-ups for girls,and forward bend for sitting body all increased.The test results of the three groups of students in the 50-meter race,the boys' 1,000-meter race and the girls' 800-meter race all decreased.Therefore,traditional physical education curriculum,pure physical education extension training,extension + traditional physical education curriculum can obviously improve the physical quality of students,while extension + traditional physical education curriculum has the most obvious effect.Conclusion: the effect of traditional physical education teaching intervention on the psychological quality and physical health of college students is general,but it is obviously weaker than the effect of physical education teaching intervention on the development of physical education curriculum and the development of traditional physical education curriculum.The teaching intervention of physical education development course has obvious effect on improving college students' physical function.The combination of expansion and traditional physical education curriculum with teaching intervention significantly improves the psychological quality,physical form and physical quality of college students.It is necessary and feasible to develop the traditional physical education curriculum and the extension curriculum.It is suggested to expand the publicity and raise teachers' and students' understanding of the course.Establish the mechanism to realize the organic combination of physical education extension training curriculum and traditional physical education curriculum;Strengthen the research,achieve the modern university physical education curriculum teaching effect maximization.
