The rapid development of economy and society urgently requires a large number of high-level applied talents with innovative ability and practical ability.Since 2009,our country has expanded to recruit full-time professional master's degree graduates who are mainly fresh graduates,full-time engineering master is one of the largest categories.The full-time Master of Engineering education mainly trains talents who undertake specialized technical work independently in the field of engineering,its students are mainly fresh graduates,they have been studying in school for a long time and lack professional work experience,therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen practical education.This study is based on the investigation of construction of practical education system for full-time engineering master's degree graduates,takes system theory and working place learning theory as the theoretical guide,and selects 18 full-time master of engineering graduates and 13 supervisors from a research university in South China,through in-depth interviews,we can understand their cognition and experience of the construction of practical education system,find out the problems encountered in the construction of practical education system,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen and perfect the practical education system of full-time engineering master's degree on this basis of the problems.The main contents are as follows:First,the connotation analysis of the practical education system for full-time engineering master's degree graduates.Based on the theory and literature research of practical education,take system theory and workplace learning theory as guide,learn from the relevant policies of the construction and management of the authorization center of master's degree in Engineering,establish the analysis framework of full-time engineering master's practical education system.Second,the empirical analysis on the construction of practical education system for full-time engineering master's degree graduates.According to the analysis framework of full-time engineering master's practical education system,interview students from the aspects of target localization,content dimension,organization management and support condition,through the analysis of interview data,we can find and think about the problems that are easy to appear in the construction of practical education system,and collect and sort out students' expectations and needs,at the same time,interview the supervisors to understand the teachers' views and opinions on the objectives of full-time practical education of master of engineering and how to organize and implement practical education activities.Third,it's about the basic strategies of the construction of the practical education system for full-time engineering master's degree graduates.On the basis of the above research,through the systematic analysis of the problems pointed out by students and tutors,the needs and opinions held by them,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for further strengthening and improving the construction of full-time engineering master practical education system.
