When children leave their parents for the first time into elementary school,the expectations and demands of children and parents will face significant changes.Kindergarten Education Guidelines pointed out that early childhood education(preschool education)is the beginning of school education and lifelong education.Early childhood education should lay a good foundation for the immediate development of preschool children and lifelong development.Thinking "laying foundation for the recent development of young children",in other words,the intention of admission.Children's school readiness is the first brick in children's formal schooling career and has a far-reaching impact on children's future academic achievements and social development.In the development of children's school readiness,the family environment and kindergarten environment are the two major external environmental factors for children's development.In order to explore the relationship among teacher's behavior,parent-child interaction and children's school readiness,we use classroom assessment scoring system to observe preschool teacher's behavior.We use Authority Questionnaire to measure parenting.And we use school readiness scale to evaluate children's school readiness competence.This study sampled 60 teachers of the top class,140 children and their parents.This study aims to analyze the interaction relationship among these three objects.We found some conclusions below:First,the age of children of the top class in preschool is significantly correlated with the competence of their school readiness.Second,the pattern of parent-child interaction is Authoritative pattern,which is significantly correlated with the competence of children's school readiness.Third,when the pattern of teacher's behavior is characterized as emotional support(ES),we will see this pattern has a significant correlation with the competence of children's school readiness.Fourth,Authoritative pattern can predict the competence of children's school readiness,especially the field of sports and health.Emotional support can predict the competence of children's school readiness,especially language and cognitive development.In order to improve children's school readiness,we will put forward some educational suggestions divided into two aspects.From the family environment,parents ought to recognize the importance of the competence of the children's school readiness to the development of them in the future.Also parents should ensure the climate of the home is positive and supportive and the pattern of parenting and parent-child interaction is authoritative.At last,parents should communicate with teachers and feedback the information of the development of child to teachers immediately.From the side of kindergarten,teachers should create a climate characterizes as emotional support,and construct the positive relationship with children.Kindergarten should put more into the structure of the mechanism of home-kindergarten connection and feedback to the parents,moreover,kindergarten ought to help parents educate the children and prompt the development of children.
