Design And Implementation Of Comprehensive Management System For Large-scale Online Examination

With the continuous reform of the national examination system and the spread of internet,the examination work is facing various new problems which need to be solved urgently.The traditional examination management has been gradually eliminated by the times because of the shortcomings of too much manual participation,such as large workload and low efficiency,which can not meet the practical needs of the examination work.In order to solve the problems of heavy workload and high management difficulty in examination management,to better and more efficiently complete all kinds of ex amination work and strengthen examination management,this paper designs and implements a large-scale online examination by using Spring MVC,Hibernate and Oracle and other computer software technologies in combination with user needs.This system manages a ll kinds of business before,during and after the examination.From the user's point of view,the system is divided into three levels: city,district and school users.Considering the system's function,the system provides pre-examination business management,data reporting,report printing,supervisor management,online electronic inspection and user management modules.The pre-examination business management module includes the maintenance of basic information such as examination items,examination points,examination points for the current examination,examination room equipment,examination room resources and examination room arrangement.The data reporting module serves for the absence and violation of rules and regulations of candidates during the examination period.The report printing module provides the functions of examination room desk sticker,examination room door sticker,examination room stub and control table printing to simplify the printing of the report forms.The management of invigilators provides functions such as the management of the examination staff bank,the maintenance of the current examination staff and the automatic allocation of invigilators in the examination room.Automatically allocating invigilators is one of the core functions of the system.In order to improve the efficiency of invigilator assignment,the module provides an automatic algorithm for invigilator assignment.In order to ensure the rationality of invigilator assignment,the algorithm mainly considers such facto rs as the main invigilator and the assistant invigilator,the principle of male-female collocation,the probability of invigilator assignment,the inability to invigilate multiple examinations at the same time,and the inability of continuous invigilation in the same examination room.Online electronic inspection is a core function of the system,which supports online inspection of examination room,rapid positioning based on candidates and push video viewing.During the examination period,the online insp ection function of the examination room can be used to monitor the examination situation of the candidates in the examination room,and support the video recording and video push.In addition,the system provides a cheating signal source localization algor ithm,identifies the location of cheating in mobile phones and other communication devices,and locates the cheating candidates quickly.In addition,in order to provide a normal service for a large number of users and guarantee the ability of processing large-scale data,the system solves the problem from two aspects: Web Server load balancing and database cluster.The large-scale online examination management system provides a comprehensive information management platform for the examination,which greatly reduces the workload of the examination staff and ensures that the examination staff can complete all kinds of work efficiently and with high quality.It has a very high promotion value.In this paper,the development of the system is designed and implemented in an all-round way.
