"Ritual,music,archery,royal,book and number",as the traditional "six arts" in China,after nearly 3,000 years of development,contains a rich cultural heritage,shaping the Chinese people refined,perfect personality.Historical records show that slingshot is an important part of archery,which originated earlier in China.In recent years,with the improvement of the national economy level,the increase of people's leisure time,slingshot sports enthusiasts multiplied,slingshot related competition industry obtained the huge development,but the slingshot sports competitions at home and abroad more than hitting fixed target is adopted to improve the game,whether to hit the bull 's-eye,mainly artificial judgment error is relatively large,prone to disputes.The purpose of this research is to develop and manufacture a special target drone applied in slingshot sports competition,which can scientifically show whether the target is hit or not in the competition,promote the slingshot competition to be scientific,improve the fairness of slingshot competition,promote the promotion and development of slingshot sports,and carry forward this ancient traditional shooting art project.This study first discusses and analyzes the product demand with the event organizers and slingshot competitors,and then formulates the preliminary product demand and design objectives.The product is mainly applied to slingshot sports competition to judge whether to hit the bull 's-eye,bull 's-eye optimization design for rotating scheme,turn the sensitivity requirement is higher,the bull 's-eye installation height and spacing requirements applicable to existing game,at the same time can be installed in different diameter specifications of the bull's eye,when the bull 's-eye after being knocked out,optimizing design can be reset for the remote monitoring center,can receive steel ball target drone optimization design additional box,can use repeatedly make steel ball,save training costs,the overall structural design optimization of portable material,is easy to be a slingshot sports goods transport of the competition and the need of the layout,It can also meet the needs of slingshot athletes to carry easily during their daily training.In this study,AutoCAD 2010 computer aided design software was used to design and draw 2d product diagrams.Then use CATIA V5 3d modeling design software for 3d product modeling design;Then use the 3D printer to print the core components,at the same time use Altium Designer 19 circuit design software for circuit board design and development,use Microsoft Visual C++ program development tools for program development,use fiber laser cutting machine and CNC bending machine for product shell processing.After the completion of the above work,the first generation of target drone samples can be produced.After the samples are tested and improved for many times,the product design and mass production can be completed.This research in the process of product design for mathematical modeling analysis,mainly on the drone drive system degrees of freedom indicators feasibility analysis,and the main technical indicators of drone was tested and finishing,finally tested the effects of drone,confirmed this study design a slingshot sports competition theoretical feasibility and practical feasibility of drone.The slingshot target drone designed in this study has been applied for the utility model patent and the invention patent on the same day,the utility model patent has been authorized,the invention patent has entered the substantive examination procedure,and the effective protection of the product intellectual property rights has been carried out.The company has reached a strategic cooperation with shandong qicai sports equipment co.,LTD.In this study.Relying on the mature production workshop and professional marketing team of qicai sports,the company has produced and sold more than 800 sets of products.Actively respond to a nation to the call of the national fitness,this study not only provides a convenient for the general slingshot sports enthusiasts daily training,has also provide technology and equipment support for the slingshot competitions at all levels more than 50 times,already became the shandong province sports bureau sponsored by the eighth session of the national fitness sports special drone slingshot shooting competition,improves the slingshot sports science and fairness of the competition,for the event organisers simplify the procedure of material transportation and site layout,event organizers and slingshot athlete's widespread high praise,boost the development of the domestic slingshot events.
