| The methods of literature review, interview, observation and mathematical statistics were used to analyze the training arrangements of Shandong Women's Judo Team during each phase in preparation for the 24 th National Games.Taking the "Judo Training Outline for Chinese Youth" issued by the General Administration of Sport of China as the main reference, the author had an in-depth understanding of the theoretical knowledge of youth judo characteristics, judo pre-competition research, and athletes' weight loss, and further analyzed the characteristics and rules of training time, training content, load changes, training methods as well as weight loss for youth judo athletes before competitions.Based on the accumulation and analysis of relevant data, the training arrangements and methods are further optimized to provide scientific guidance and reference for Shandong youth women judo training. The research results are as follows:1.In terms of pre-competition training time, the pre-competition training time of Shandong Women's Judo Youth Team is generally around 8 weeks and about 60 days.It is divided into three stages: long-term,medium-term and short-term.The overall precompetition training is arranged according to the characteristics of adjustment, intensive training and excessive recovery.2.In terms of pre-competition training content,it basically covers strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, comprehensive quality and other related quality training, and gradually transits from basic quality to special quality.Physical fitness, technology and tactics are the three main parts of pre-match training, and generally high-intensity technical training is the main part. The amount of technical and tactical training during the whole pre-match training period reaches 60%,which is much higher than the amount of physical fitness training.3.In terms of pre-competition training load intensity, the load control method of "increase intensity-large amount of large intensity-decrease intensity" is mainly adopted, and the training intensity can be evaluated by heart rate and the training duration after exercise. The rhythm of the load is relatively reasonable, but the pertinence is not enough, and the means of load regulation for younger athletes are not scientific enough.4.In terms of pre-competition training methods, simulation training method, repeated training method and continuous training method are mainly adopted,of which continuous training method is the most widely used, followed by simulation training method and repeated training method. At the same time, the intermittent training method and the cyclic training method combined with special methods are less applied and the training method is relatively single. |
