Discussion method teaching is a teaching method advocated by quality education in China,and also one of the important contents of curriculum reform of basic education.Discussion teaching plays a guiding role in how to promote learners to construct knowledge actively,improve learners' problem awareness,improve learners' inquiry ability and scientific literacy.While in junior middle school physics teaching job at present,the vast majority of teachers are to try to discuss the method of teaching,and strengthen the learners' ability to innovate to some extent,but also exposed the teachers' understanding of scientific inquiry is only stay in practice,how to deepen the understanding to discuss the method of teaching,improve the ability of teachers into the discussion method in teaching become a problem need to pay attention to.Idea,the practice of new curriculum reform in junior high school physics course teaching to realize the change of way of teaching and learning,This paper is divided into five parts.This paper is to improve students' scientific literacy as the goal,according to the characteristics of the junior high school physical optics part of discussion method in this part on the content of the application,analyzes the feasibility of research and the plane mirror image content specific discussion method is introduced to illustrate the teaching process of the practice of curriculum design form.By means of questionnaire survey and return visit,this paper makes a comparative analysis of students' performance,learning interest,language expression ability and cooperation ability before and after practice.The improvement of students' performance,learning interest,language expression ability and cooperation consciousness in practice class is higher than that in the control class.And through the return visit found that students on the discussion teaching methods are good evaluation,are very like and accept.The content of physics and optics in junior high school is more interesting and interesting.The application of discussion method can fully activate the classroom atmosphere,arouse the enthusiasm of students,enable students to actively find problems and strive to solve them,and experience the process of scientific research.In physics and optics teaching of junior high school,discussion method is applied to master the methods of scientific research and obtain scientific conclusions,so as to improve students' learning ability,cultivate scientific research literacy,and promote students to have a certain positive promoting effect in independent learning and independent inquiry.
