With the development of basic education and the state's attention to the role of teachers in promoting the development of education level,famous teachers' studio,as a new professional development community for teachers,has received more and more attention.As the forerunner of education reform,Hainan Province has high research value.Therefore,the author takes the famous middle school history teacher studio in Hainan Province as the starting point to explore the development of the famous teacher studio in 2015-2019.In this paper,literature research,case analysis,questionnaire survey,written interview,observation and other methods are used to study in many ways,trying to make the article more comprehensive and specific.The thesis is mainly divided into four parts: the introduction part introduces the reason of this topic combining the central policy and the actual development of Hainan Province.From the definition and function of the famous teachers' studio,the operation mode of the famous teachers' studio and the problems and suggestions of the famous teachers' studio,this paper combs the existing research situation in the academic circle.Then,it introduces the research methods,research difficulties and innovations involved in this paper.Combined with the actual situation of Hainan Province,this paper defines the scope of the famous history teacher studio in Hainan Province.The first chapter introduces the general situation of the famous history teacher studio in Hainan middle school.Firstly,the background of its establishment is combed.Then from the three levels of provincial,city and county level and school level classification,and select a number of representative Hainan Province middle school history teacher studios,its construction is introduced,and finally from the famous teachers themselves,middle school history teachers,teaching quality three angles to summarize the achievements of Hainan Province middle school history teacher studios.The second chapter summarizes the main operation modes of the famous history teachers' studio in Hainan middle school through case analysis,including teaching and classroom diagnosis,isomerism of the same class,teaching and research activities,participation in the annual academic conference,teacher growth,sending teachers to the countryside,undertaking projects and other forms.In the third chapter,according to the feedback results and interview records of the questionnaire survey,the author sums up the problems in the operation of Hainan middle school history teacher studio,such as the difficulty in using funds,the prominent contradiction between teachers' work and study,the failure to make full use of network means,the difficulty in building a common body of middle school history teacher studio,and the small coverage rate of Hainan middle school history teacher studio Give targeted opinions.
