Lands apart,sky shared.The cultural backgrounds of Japan and China are very similar.However,due to the economic development in Japan,the reform of the education curriculum started early and has rich experience in chemistry teaching.Based on its advanced education system,Japan proposed the "21st century-type competence",that is,Japan's core literacy,to promote the enhancement of the global competitiveness of its domestic students.Based on the basic national conditions of the national education system and absorbing advanced international education experience,China has proposed core qualities and corresponding core literacy that are compatible with China's education system.The specific implementation of core literacy in teaching practice is the pain point of the current curriculum reform in China.Japan 's domestic economic stability education reform is relatively early,and its experience in applying core literacy to teaching practice is relatively rich.This research mainly adopts the literature research method,comparative research method and questionnaire survey method,which aims to sort out and compare the core literacy system of chemistry between China and Japan;comparative analysis of the Japanese study guide and China's high school chemistry curriculum standards,showing the characteristics of the Chinese and Japanese curriculum standards;Comparing and summarizing the teaching design of chemistry core literacy in China and Japan,detailed analysis of the similarities and differences of chemistry core literacy teaching in China and Japan To condense the teaching advantages of Japan's core literacy compared to China's chemistry,it is conducive to our country's front-line educators to reflect on and improve the problems in actual teaching,and helps to provide a certain reference for China's effective cultivation of students' core literacy.Through a comparative study of the core literacy teaching in chemistry between China and Japan,we find that there is a big difference between the two countries in the teaching of core literacy in chemistry.Both countries have their own advantages:(1)The goals of knowledge and skills in the teaching objectives are different.(2)There are differences in the importance of general literacy in teaching.(3)The implementation of inquiry learning methods in core literacy teaching in China and Japan varies.(4)Chinese chemistry core literacy teaching attaches importance to students' independent thinking and cooperative exploration and coordinated development,while Japanese teaching emphasizes the cooperation and exchange of students.(5)There are great differences in the teaching evaluation methods between China and Japan.(6)The effective utilization of teaching resources varies between China and Japan.Therefore,we can learn from each other's strengths and make up for the following enlightenments:(1)The teaching objectives should clearly propose specific key skills to adapt to social development(2)The core literacy of chemistry should include the key skills that the new era should possess(3)Integrate direct teaching and inquiry teaching methods to cultivate the core chemistry of chemistry(4)Focus on group cooperation in teaching to cultivate cooperation and exchange literacy(5)Establish a core literacy teaching evaluation mechanism to effectively implement core literacy teaching(6)Make good use of the resources and advanced technology around you to improve students' motivation to learn...
