The Funa Intelligent Manufacturing College is a corporate university created by Fuqiang Technology Corporation to meet the needs of enterprises for high-skilled talents.Based on human capital theory and case studies,the background,reasons and strategies of Funa Intelligent Manufacturing College were analyzed.Objectives and construction results summarize the characteristics and construction standards of enterprise universities.The creation of Funa College began with the founder's public welfare feelings.With the huge demand of the industry and the support of the national macro policy,it explored a new business model-to open up the last mile of school education and industrial needs.In order to achieve this strategic goal,Funa formed a team of experienced teachers in the industry,invested in the construction of a technology-leading training base,developed a teaching resource base based on the company's job capabilities,and achieved initial results in improving employee skills.Compared with vocational colleges,Funa College shows distinct characteristics:a customer-orientation-oriented school philosophy,a deep integration of production and education,a core teaching quality concept,and efforts to build a third-party talent sharing platform.From the six dimensions of development goals,organizational structure,teaching staff,curriculum resources,training scale,and evaluation system,the establishment standards of enterprise universities are summarized.At the same time,it proposes three guarantee conditions for the establishment of an enterprise university,namely a stable funding budget,a relatively independent teaching venue,and strong support from senior corporate leaders.In short,the enterprise university promotes the connection between school education and industrial needs,is an important symbol of the industry-education integration enterprise,and has brought an institutional breakthrough and attempt to the development of China's vocational education.
