Over the past five years since the national "One Belt And One Road" Proposal was put forward,Quanzhou,one of the first national historic and cultural cities in China,the First East Asian Cultural Capital and an important starting point of the Ancient Maritime Silk Road,is facing the opportunities and challenges to build the Pioneer area of the Maritime Silk Road in the 21st century.As a city with a long history of marine civilization,Quanzhou has preserved extremely rich historical resources and has a large number of historical relics.There are also many research achievements in academia on Quanzhou,forming the special knowledge of local research called "Quanzhou Studies".However,the abundant historical resources of Quanzhou are seldom involved in the teaching process.The students do not know the local culture of Quanzhou,and they can not understand the mission of Quanzhou as the Pioneer Area of Maritime Silk Road in the 21st century.As a local history teacher in Quanzhou,I think the following questions are needed to be solved in the process of history teaching:How can we integrate the local history resources in Quanzhou with the history class?In order to cultivate students' love for their own hometown and motherland,how can we make a better use of the local history resources to enrich the class,to arouse students' interest in learning history,to cultivate students' pride as Quanzhou people,to better inherit the Minnan culture,even to promote the essence of Quanzhou culture?At the same time,under the background of the current new curriculum reform,we should fully explore the local historical resources of Quanzhou and make use of them in the teaching process,which can not only meet the requirements of the new curriculum reform.but also can improve students' interest in learning history,shorten the distance between history and reality and make the history class alive.This article uses the survey method to know about the current situation of the development and utilization of local historical resources in Quanzhou.Combing with the author's teaching experience in junior high school for several years,as well as the activities held by Quanzhou in response to the proposal of "One Belt And One Road",we are trying to explore the strategies of local historical resources in the history teaching of junior high school.
