Education and the national interest,education strong a country is strong.General Secretary Xi Jinping has pointed out that building a strong country in education is the fundamental project for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.We must give priority to education,deepen educational reform,accelerate educational modernization,and ensure that education meets the people's satisfaction.The rapid development of national economy in the past two decades has laid a material foundation for education.The rapid de-velopment of 5G,artificial intelligence,information data and other technologies has quietly changed the national education policy,national lifestyle and educational concept.In 2019,the State Council launched "Education + Internet" to promote fairness in compulsory education.The Ministry of Education issued the"Diploma+Vocational Skill Level Certificate" to accelerate the training of compound technical talents in higher education.Printing and distributing 2035,China's Education Modernization,drawing the blueprint for education modernization;The Outline of the Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,Yangtze River Delta and Hebei Xiongan integrates the economic,trade,education and other resources of the three economic regions for integrated development.In the context of favorable national education and economic policies,education listed companies have developed vigorously in the past 20 to 30 years and become the top 500 service companies in 2019 in terms of average asset profit margin,fully demonstrating the vitality of the development of the education industry and the development prospect of listed education companies.This paper conducts an empirical analysis on the operating performance of listed educational companies by using the SPSS factor analysis,an international professional statistical software,to make contributions to the scarce empirical research on the operating performance of listed educational companies,and to supplement the previous scholars' research theories,which has certain academic theoretical value.At the same time,from the perspective of education for the development of listed companies themselves,this paper USES SPSS to conduct a comprehensive ranking of financial indicators on the panel data,and provides the latest financial data and analysis results for reference.From the perspective of stakeholder investment,the education industry is resistant to economic cycles and has high growth.The scoring and ranking analysis of Education companies listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen plays a reference role in investment returns.From the perspective of education supervision and administration departments,we comprehensively understand the financial performance of domestic listed educational companies,and provide timely and appropriate policy support and tax incentives to promote their healthy development.From the perspective of education companies that have not yet been listed,through the study of listed education companies,to learn in advance the financial operation of industry leaders,guide the adjustment of their own development and make preparations for the future listing;From the perspective of peer competition in education,it is of practical reference significance for the development of education companies and stakeholders to select their own advantageous projects for enterprise development by subdividing the financial performance of the education industry,and create a symbiotic business ecosystem through conscious cooperation and complementary coexistence among enterprises.Purpose of this paper study on education of our country in recent years,the panel data of listed companies choose financial index factor analysis to study the operating performance,combined with national education policy and the economic,financial and operating status of the current education listed companies analyze and discuss the development prospects and direction,business development suggestion and policy recommendations.Based on the perspective of management,economics,education and international development,this paper mainly USES the SPSS factor analysis,business performance analysis and literature theory analysis of the international professional statistical software,to summarize the research background and significance,domestic and foreign scholars'literature,relevant concepts and theories of the development of educational listed companies.Then analyze the development status of educational listed companies in recent years with the operation performance of macroeconomic education industry.Of different age stages of educatees services through to the private schools listed education/training company,analysis of the current situation of selection reflects the listed company operation ability,growth ability,solvency,profitability,cash flow analysis of financial indicators,screening and shenzhen education and education related listed companies,extract the panel data in recent years,the use of the international statistical software SPSS factor analysis on data to analyse and evaluate empirical research scores and rankings,test results and provide advice on the development;Finally,the conclusion is stated,the insufficiency is analyzed and the future prospect is discussed.The conclusion of the study is that the operating performance of listed educational companies from 2014 to 2018 presents an inverted "U" shape.From 2014 to 2017,it showed a good trend of wavy growth and development.In 2017,it reached the peak.In 2018,it showed a significant trend of decline,and the industry competition became increasingly fierce.The domestic education market has a huge demand for quality education and a broad prospect for its development.Education actively by speeding up the enterprise modernized scientific management of listed companies,financial and human resources management,combined with high and new technology research and development of teaching and innovation,to carry out the OMO online,the combination of increasing for supply for educatees high quality products and services,improve the teaching quality and brand influence,with the help of education policy dividend and listed financing advantages,carry out diversified management,promote education classes listed companies benefit growth.At the same time,the development of educational listed companies is deeply influenced by domestic and foreign macroeconomic,policy environment,current educational system,educatee's mentioned.This paper focuses on analyzing the current situation and future development prospect of the real business performance of the listed company from the perspective of the operator after the crossover,so as to make up for the gap and make a certain contribution.Thirdly,it conducts business performance research and cluster analysis on the panel data statistics of education companies listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen through SPSS factor analysis,and provides financial data analysis,empirical conclusions and verification for the scarce research direction of this topic,which has a certain degree of in-depth innovation on previous studies.Fourthly,the development of educational listed companies is closely related to macroeconomic and educational policies.This paper analyzes the rise and fall of educational enterprises and the benefits and constraints of educational policies through case studies.It provides a way for the future development of education enterprises,and also provides thinking for education policy makers,which contributes to a certain extent.
