Analysis Of The Status And Countermeasures Of Teachers Of Primary And Middle School Campus Football In Duodao District Of Jingmen City

Football teachers who directly affect the quality of knowledge learnt by teenagers from campus football activities play a very important role in the promotion and popularization of campus football.In view of the important influence of the current situation of football teachers in elementary and middle schools in Duodao District on the correct and rapid development of school football activities,it is necessary to investigate and study the current situation of football teachers in elementary and middle schools in Duodao District.Through the investigation,we will understand the problems and reasons of football teachers in elementary and middle schools in this area,and provide theoretical basis for the correct and rapid development of campus football activities in Duodao District.This paper chooses elementary and middle schools football teachers in Duodao District as the object of investigation,through the use of literature,questionnaires,mathematical statistics and other research methods to summarize,collate and analyze the data,finally,we make the following conclusions:1.At present,the overall level of football teachers is higher and their age is appropriate in Duodao District,which is conducive to the development of football teaching and training.However,the low professional title and gender imbalance still have a certain impact on the enthusiasm of football teachers to improve their professional ability and the popularization of women's football on campus.2.Most of the teachers are not satisfied with their football teaching and training level.The lack of professional football learning experience has a great impact on the confidence of football teachers in undertaking campus football work.3.There are more and more opportunities for football teachers to participate in the training,but the level and content of the training do not take into account the continuity and practical needs,which also brings confusion and discontent to football teachers.4.Parents and society do not understand the work related to campus football,which has caused great trouble to football teachers.
