Survey On The Actuality Of Sexual Health Education For Secondary Vocational School Students And Its Educational Countermeasures

In this study,256 students and 114 teachers were selected as the research objects from a vocational and technical school in Kashgar,Xinjiang.Questionnaires and SPSS21.0 statistical software were used to analyze the actuality of sexual health education in secondary vocational school.The survey found that sexual health education in schools is seriously lacking.Most of teachers believed that sexual health education is importance to secondary vocational students,but lack of effective support from the school.Adolescent secondary vocational students are seriously lacking of sexual health knowledge.This paper explores whether seven factors,including gender,age,grade,major,nationality,family location and parents' education level,have an impact on the sexual health education knowledge of secondary vocational school students.Analyzing the questionnaire,I found that there were significant differences in sexual health education knowledge in terms of gender,age,major,grade in secondary vocational schools.Compared with female students,male students had more sexual health knowledge.14 to 16-year-olds know better than 17 to 19-year-olds;Compared with students of preschool education majors and art major,dance majors know less about sexual health education.Compared with other grades,2017 students is generally better than others;Compared with grade 2015,grade 2016 students know more about sexual health.Compared with junior school students in grade 2018,junior school students in grade 2019 know more about sexual health,while high school students in grade 2019 know less about sexual health.However,factors such as nationality,family location and parents' education level have influence on the sexual health education in secondary vocational school students.Compared with the Han nationality students,Uighur students know less.Relatively speaking,urban students know more than rural and county students.Parents with high school and technical secondary school degrees have more influence on students than parents with other degrees.Parents with middle school degrees have the least influence.The research results of sexual health education on the basis of analysis of questionnaires for a secondary vocational school students in Kashgar.In this paper,I intends to explore how to carry out sexual health education in secondary vocational school's education,and put forward the corresponding method of sexual health education goal,content,teaching strategies,such as to let the students master the scientific knowledge of sexual health,understand the physiological structure of the human body,the right attitude towards sexual psychology,sexual confusion,understand sexual ethics and morality,and related laws,to reduce and avoid the occurrence of unmarried pregnancy,abortion and prostitution.Sexual health education should be carried out in different levels by "exploration-discovery","guidance-acceptance" and "self-study-guidance" in teaching.The sexual health education countermeasures obtained from this study will provide reference and basis for the establishment and development of sexual health education courses in secondary vocational schools in kashgar.
