Research On The Management Mode Of Sports Education Organization Of Graduate Students In Chinese Universities

In the national Education Conference,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed to train socialist builders and successors who are virtuous,intelligent,physical,and industrious,which puts forward higher requirements for colleges and universities to train young people in the new era.Physical education in colleges and universities,as an important part of five education,is conducive to enhancing students'comprehensive quality and promoting their all-round development.The perfect organization and management mode is the fundamental guarantee for the education of physical education in colleges and universities.At present,the postgraduates' physical condition is not optimistic,the organization and management mode of physical education is not perfect and clear,and the postgraduates' physical education is weak.In view of this,in order to strengthen the graduate student sports educational work,improve the body quality of graduate student groups,in this paper,based on the requirement of the graduate student groups,combined with the university sports educational organization management mode,the contradiction between supply and demand of alignment,analyzes the problems and defects existing in the college PE educational work,trying to build and optimize the graduate physical education organization and management mode.In terms of physical education organization and management mode,focus on the four universities organization management mode in our country,sorting out three levels in university sports educational organization management mode,the relationship between refining the sports educating function of each level of key departments,summarizes the university sports educational organization management mode of sports activities,the supply of PE and sports facilities.In terms of postgraduates' demands,the paper analyzes the status quo of postgraduates' sports activities in ordinary universities in China by means of questionnaire survey and interview,focusing on analyzing and summarizing postgraduates' demands for participating in sports activities,physical education courses and sports facilities.After a comparative study of supply and demand,it is found that there are the following problems in the organization and management mode of physical education in colleges and universities:First,colleges and universities pay insufficient attention to the work of postgraduate physical education.Secondly,there is a "vacancy"phenomenon in the organization and management structure of postgraduates' physical education.Thirdly,the contradiction between the education of physical education and the demand of postgraduates is prominent.The conclusion of the carding study on the above questions is as follows:based on the analysis of our country universities sports education organization and management structure,on the basis of combination of college physical education activities demand,supply and graduate student to build "a main and auxiliary six wings" of colleges and universities sports education graduate student of organization and management mode and organization management structure on the implementation of sports activities.The "one main,one auxiliary and six wings"mode is formed with the university sports committee as the main body and the Institute of Physical Education(department or department)as the auxiliary body.The relevant departments provide policy,publicity,safety,manpower,capital and venue guarantee,forming the "six wings".The organization and management structure of the implementation of sports activities clarifies the responsibilities of the department and makes the process of sports activities clearer.This paper provides feasible Suggestions and guidance for postgraduates' physical education from the two levels of top design and bottom implementation.
