Research On The Development Strategy Of D Technician College

Vocational education is an important part of the national education system,the state attaches more and more importance to vocational education,and has issued a series of policies,which play a leading,guiding and normative role in the development of vocational colleges.Vocational education shows a good development trend.In the new development situation,if the vocational colleges want to improve the quality of running schools,promote the development,It is necessary to build a development strategy suitable for the development of vocational colleges,which is of great practical significance.This paper took D Technician College as the research object,took the relevant theoretical content applied in the development strategy as the theoretical support,combined with the development status of D Technician College,analyzed the problems existing in the current development strategy and points out the necessity of building the development strategy.Using PEST analysis and SWOT analysis to analyze the development environment of D Technician College,cleared the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats,and then found out the existing problems of the current development strategy,and drew the necessity of development strategy building.With the change of development environment and situation,the current development strategy of D Technician College was not suitable for the needs of economic and social development and enterprise development,which brought risks to the development of the college.Therefore,it is necessary to rebuild the development strategy of the college,so as to meet the development needs,improved the quality and core competitiveness of the school.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the situation and the existing conditions of the college,this paper concluded that D Technician College should take the SO strategy,made full use of its own advantages,seize the opportunity of industrial development,further consolidate and enhance the existing competitiveness,and realize the differentiated education and diversified development.Finally,the development strategy plan of D Technician College was formulated,and the development vision,mission,strategic objectives,specific business and functional strategies of the college were proposed.Reasonable safeguard measures were proposed from the aspects of human resources,material resources,financial resources,ideological and cultural aspects to ensure the implementation of the development strategy plan of D Technician College.The rebuilded development strategy would bring the opportunity far greater than challenge,and highlight the school running characteristics,so as to provide guarantee for the stable,healthy and sustainable development of the college.
