In recent years,cognitive activation,as one of the characteristics of teaching quality,was studied gradually in foreign countries,but few in China.In order to investigate the effects of biology teachers' cognitive activation level on students' biological learning interest and academic achievement,the current situation and influencing factors of biological learning interest of students in grade one were studied in this paper through questionnaire survey,the cognitive activation level of biology teachers in grade one was understood through classroom observation and grading,then the influence of biology teachers' cognitive activation level on students' biological learning interest was further analyzed.The effects of cognitive activation level of biology teachers and biological learning interest of students were also discussed on biological academic achievement of students with the students' scores in the monthly exam of December.Finally,some suggestions were given to improve the students' biological learning interest and their academic achievement based on the results of the study.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The biology teachers' cognitive activation level has a positive effect on students' biological learning interestThe correlation of biology teachers' cognitive activation level and students'biological learning interest was analyzed at the class level.The regression analysis was conducted with teachers' cognitive activation level as the independent variable and students' biological learning interest as the dependent variable.The data analysis showed that the regression coefficient value was 0.852,and showed a significance level of 0.05(sig=0.025<0.05).It indicates that "the biology teachers' cognitive activation level" has a significant positive effect on "students' biological learning interest".(2)The biology teachers' cognitive activation level indirectly affects students'biological academic achievement through biological learning interestThe correlation of biology teachers' cognitive activation level and students'biological academic achievement was analyzed at the class level,and the data analysis showed that the correlation was not significant(sig=0.151>0.05),biology teachers'cognitive activation level had no direct influence on students' biological academic achievement.Further analysis of the impact of biological learning interest on biological academic achievement.The regression analysis was carried out with students' biological learning interest as the independent variable and their biological academic achievement as the dependent variable,the data analysis showed that the regression coefficient value was 0.036,and the significance level was 0.01(sig=0.000<0.01).So that biological learning interest has a significant positive impact on biological academic achievement.Combined with "(1)the biology teachers' cognitive activation level has a positive effect on biological learning interest",the conclusion can be drew that biology teachers'cognitive activation level could indirectly affect students' biological academic achievement through biological learning interest.
