| To comply with a new era of social development and further carry out the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivating more competent people of the socialism cause,the Ministry of Education has made it clear that the core literacy of students'development should centers on "cultural foundation","autonomous development" and "social participation".Focusing on the core literacy of students'development,the General High School Chemistry Curriculum Standards(2017)has also released.The new curriculum marks the official beginning of fundamental chemistry education reform oriented by course core literacy.On April 23rd,2019,Hubei province entered the stage of over-all promotion.The first CEE will be held in 2021 for high school freshmen enrolled in 2018.In the new CEE "3+1+2" mode,chemistry is a re-selection subject.The chemistry textbook used by the students enrolled in 2018 in transition to the new CEE is based on the 2003 edition of the chemistry curriculum standards.The new CEE mode advocates "chemistry for all students" and "chemistry for all citizens".According to the new curriculum,we should attach importance to "quality-oriented"teaching.In this special transition,senior high school teachers should know how to use the old textbooks so as to teach good chemistry lessons.Several targeted approaches are presented.Advocate the creation of real problem situations.Carry out a variety of exploration activities based on chemical experiments.Place importance on the structural design of teaching content.Stimulate students' interest in chemistry learning.Promote the change of students' learning style and cultivate their innovative spirit and practical ability.Above all,teachers are supposed to attach significance to the FIVE aspects in the core quality-oriented teaching process.This paper includes the following research questions.(1)What are teachers' experimental literacy differences in the city of Wuxue in the new CEE mode?(2)Whether the school laboratory construction meets the requirements of chemistry experiment teaching in the new CEE mode?(3)How to make full use of the old teaching materials to carry out"quality-oriented" chemistry experiment teaching?This paper consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background,significance and methods of research.The second is the theoretical basis.The third part is the content and result analysis of the research.The fourth part is the cases of practical research.In front-line teaching,we exploit the old teaching materials,combined with the implementation suggestions of the new curriculum standards,and actively carry out the chemistry experiment teaching such as"demonstration experiment","interesting experiment","improved experiment" and"experimental exploration based on real situations".The fifth part mainly deals with the summary and reflection on "the innovation points and insufficiency points".The research conclusions of my paper are as follows.(1)Required by the new CEE and new curriculum standards,teachers must carefully study the 2017 edition of the standard for general high school chemistry textbooks.Experimental teaching,in combination with the teaching contents of the existing old textbooks,is the most effective way to practice "quality-oriented" teaching.(2)In the new CEE mode,the chemistry teachers' awareness of experiment teaching has been enhanced and the number and types of classroom experiments are significantly more than those in the old CEE mode.However,there is a big gap between the students'understanding of chemistry experiment teaching in the chemistry qualification test and the grade test.Accordingly,teachers need to carry out experiment activities in line with students9 learning conditions to improve their five core qualities of chemistry.(3)According to the analyses about the cases from my front-line teaching experience,I have proposed several strategies for chemistry experiment teaching.Through the investigation into chemistry teachers,students and laboratory construction in the counties and cities,I found that chemistry experiment teaching is an efficient chemistry teaching activity that can be widely carried out in the transition period of the new CEE.Teachers are expected to exploit the old teaching material,make the most of it and adopt experiment-based teaching method.Teachers are capable of improving the chemistry experiments from the old teaching material.More importantly,teachers should find out more practical experiment material that keeps pace with times and create real-problem situation to develop experiment teaching.In a word,with the direction of "students first" concept,teachers should constantly optimize chemistry experiment teaching and carry out appropriate chemistry experiment activities to the new CEE in the transition period. |
