| As a training base for tourism service personnel,the vocational tourism school plays an important role in personnel training and plays an important role in improving the service quality of tourism.At present,the students of tourism majors cultivated in vocational schools are lacking in practical ability,problem-solving ability,interpersonal communication ability,etc.These need to be reformed according to the current teaching methods and teaching forms.Under the background of educational informatization development,mixed teaching embodies the advantages of combining traditional teaching with network teaching,which meets the development needs of vocational students.In the theoretical research section,review the relevant literature of the mixed teaching model,comb the origin of mixed teaching,the concept of mixed teaching,and the application of mixed teaching in teaching practice,and elaborate the relevant theoretical basis of mixed teaching,Provide theoretical guidance for the construction of mixed teaching later.In addition,by referring to relevant literature,it is found that the theory and practice of mixed teaching focuses on vocational education and higher education,but the research on the mixed teaching model in the vocational tourism teaching is relatively small.In the empirical analysis part,the interview method was used to conduct face-to-face interviews with front-line teachers of vocational schools to understand their views on mixed teaching and the actual application of the model in classroom teaching in vocational schools.Through the analysis of the interviews,it is found that the following problems exist: the promotion of mixed teaching in the vocational tourism professional teaching is still in its infancy,with a long way to go,and the teaching effect has not been significantly improved;the current status of the application of the mixed teaching model is not optimistic Difficulties in many aspects,such as the problem of unclear understanding of teachers in theimplementation process,although the school supports the attitude,but did not introduce the relevant management system.Through the analysis of the application status of the mixed teaching model in the vocational tourism teaching,the countermeasures for the application of mixed teaching in practice are put forward,mainly from the aspects of schools,teachers,students and the construction of mixed teaching evaluation.I look forward to providing some help for the implementation of mixed teaching in the vocational tourism professional teaching.Based on the theoretical basic research of hybrid teaching and the results of survey interviews,the principles,specific contents and implementation process of hybrid teaching design are studied.This article mainly designs the teaching process of mixed teaching from three stages: pre-class,middle class and after class.Finally,take the "simulated tour guide" course of the vocational school as an example to design teaching examples. |
