As an important force to promote the endogenous change of the education system,educational informatization plays an important role in promoting the transformation of education concept,the innovation of education and teaching mode,the diversification of teaching and learning mode,and the improvement of teaching efficiency and educaton quality.The promulgation of the action plan of educational informatization 2.0 marks that the development of educational informatization in China will gradually realize a historical leap from 1.0 to 2.0.The development focus of educational informatization will change from the construction of ICT infrastructure and digital education resources,the popularization and deepening application of information technology to the in-depth application and integration innovation.Special education is an important part of the education work in China.In recent years,with the expansion of the scale of special education in China,the government has paid more and more attention to the development of special education.Special education informatization plays an important role in the realization of the compensation of special education students' defects and the auxiliary of rehabilitation training.At present,in the face of the critical period of the transformation and upgrading of education informatization,there are still many problems to be solved in the development of special education informatization in China.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out relevant research on the ICT supporting environment and application level of special education schools in China in order to grasp the development characteristics and basic laws,promote the construction and application level of special education informatization,and realize the balanced development of special education quality.Based on the literature review and the domestic basic education informatization evaluation index system,this study takes the schools for mental retardation as example,integrates the special education construction and application indexes of equipment and facilities and resource for teaching,rehabilitation and training to construct the special education school ICT support environment and application index framework,and carries out relevant research based on the index framework.First of all,according to the construction level of ICT support environment,the latent profile analysis method is used to classify school groups;second,based on the results of classification of school groups,the variance analysis method is used to explore the development level differences of ICT support environment and application indicators among school groups;finally,the multiple linear regression analysis method is used to explore the influencing factors of ICT application level in different school groups Based on the results of the analysis,the paper puts forward the corresponding promotion strategies for each school group.The results show that according to the construction level of informatization supporting environment,special education schools in China can be divided into three school groups:"informatization preliminary construction","informatization promotion construction" and "informatization popularization construction".From a horizontal perspective,different school groups have different development characteristics in the informatization supporting environment and application indicators,and the development level among indicators has some certain difference.From the vertical perspective,there are significant differences in the development level of ICT support environment and ICT application among different school groups.In terms of influencing factors,the informatization application level of"informatization preliminary construction" and "informatization promotion construction" school clusters is mainly affected by the construction level of informatization equipment and facilities and digital resources,while the"informatization popularization construction" school clusters are mainly restricted by the construction of informatization software resource and system mechanism guarantee measures.In order to promote the ICT application level of different school clusters,the development suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of"equipment and facilities","cyberspace and resources" and "training and guarantee".
