Research On The Main Problems And Countermeasures In The Teaching Goal Design Of Ideological And Political Course In Senior High School

Instructional design is the prerequisite of classroom teaching activities.Good teaching design can lead classroom teaching and improve teaching effect.The design of teaching objectives is one of the main contents of teaching design.The promulgation of new ideological and political curriculum standards,the implementation of new subject selection methods,and the replacement of new and old political knowledge in senior high school all need senior high school ideological and political teachers to deal with the relationship between teaching materials,curriculum standards,learning conditions and so on under the background of the new period,so as to carry out reasonable teaching goal design.Only the senior high school ideological and political teachers seriously carry out the teaching goal design,the senior high school political teachers' teaching design ability,teaching practice ability and teachers' professional level can be improved,and the senior high school political course can better serve the students and improve the teaching effect.The full text removes the introduction section,mainly consists of four parts.In the first part,the significance of the teaching goal design and the ideological and political course teaching goal design in senior high school is expounded mainly on the connotation,characteristics and theoretical basis of the teaching goal design.It also discusses the ideological and political teaching goal design for ideological and political teaching activities,teaching incentives,teaching behavior control.positive significance in such aspects.The second part,based on the investigation,analyzes the main problems existing in the design of teaching objectives of ideological and political courses in senior high school.It shows that the design concept of teaching goal is deviated,the design method of teaching goal is not appropriate,and the design expression of teaching goal is unreasonable.The third part,the investigation presents the main question,carries on the reason inquiry.The reasons are mainly found in the following three aspects:that is,the consciousness of high school ideological and political teachers in designing teaching objectives is not strong;the knowledge of high school ideological and political teachers in designing teaching objectives is not good;and the ability of high school ideological and political teachers in establishing teaching objectives is insufficient.In the fourth part,on the basis of analyzing the main problems and their causes,puts forward the strategies to improve the teaching goal design of ideological and political course in senior high school from three aspects:teachers themselves,schools and mechanisms.Specific measures for ideological and political teachers need to change the awareness of teaching goal design;schools should provide a favorable environment for ideological and political teachers to learn teaching goal design knowledge;establish and improve the ideological and political teachers teaching goal design ability mechanism.
