"Adolescents are strong,China is strong;juveniles are healthy,China is healthy." Enhancing the physique of adolescents and promoting the overall development of adolescents are the important tasks of the school physical education curriculum.National student physical health monitoring shows that the physical health of students is not optimistic,and the promotion of student physical health still has a long way to go.Physical education curriculum is the main channel for students 'physical health promotion.In the new era of social integration and development,the introduction of social professional forces to promote the construction of school physical education curriculum has important theoretical significance and practical value for the reform of school physical education curriculum and the improvement of students' physical fitness.This article uses literature review method,questionnaire survey method,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process,mathematical statistics and other research methods,and takes Jinan City,Shandong Province 's off-campus sports clubs 'participation in school sports curriculum construction as the research object,focusing on Jinan 's off-campus clubs.Focused on a more in-depth study on the status quo and obstacles of Jinan 's off-campus clubs participating in school physical education curriculum construction.This paper investigates and analyzes the current status of Jinan 's off-campus sports clubs participating in the construction of school physical education curriculum.Summarize the influencing factors of the current school physical education curriculum construction model through the current situation.The Delphi method was used to screen the influencing factors layer by layer.After the round of selection,the main influencing factors of out-of-school club participation in school physical education curriculum construction were determined.AHP was used to compare the influential factors that have been determined,to determine the weight value of each influencing factor,According to the weighting values of each influencing factor,an evaluation system that affects the participation of extra-school clubs in school physical education curriculum construction is constructed,and the evaluation system conducts empirical research,analyzes the reasons for influencing the participation of out-of-school sports clubs in school physical education curriculum construction based on the evaluation results,and finally proposes an effective way for out-of-school clubs to participate in school sports curriculum construction.The study came to the following conclusions: The main factors affecting the participation of extra-school clubs in the construction of school physical education curriculum are concentrated in the lack of support from local education departments,insufficient attention from school leaders,insufficient support from national policies,unclear division of responsibility for course safety accidents,and parental disapproval Insufficient free time for students,insufficient funds for course development,imperfect evaluation system for coaches,too high implementation conditions for club courses outside the school,and restrictions on teaching venues.Based on the actual and case analysis,the main influencing factors are verified and analyzed,and the following paths are proposed based on the results and the current situation of the curriculum construction in Jinan:(1)It is necessary to further improve the policy support for clubs outside the school to participate in school sports construction.(2)Strengthen the supervision of the participation of extra-school clubs in the construction of school sports courses.(3)Schools should strengthen the management of club participation in school physical education curriculum construction.(4)Strengthen the construction of sports teachers.(5)Actively develop sports projects that are suitable for primary and secondary schools.(6)Establish a "politics-school-enterprise" exchange and cooperation platform.(7)Strengthen the publicity of the importance of students' physical fitness.
