Since the reform and opening up,China has completed the transformation from the core concept of human development to the core concept of human development.As one of the most important production factors,talents can not only promote the rapid development of the economy,but also an important means to participate in international competition.Therefore,talents have gradually become an important factor for measuring the comprehensive strength of a country or a city.Talents as the first production factor have quietly set off a wave of "grabbing wars" in various places in recent years.Various provinces and cities across the country have introduced a series of related policies for talent introduction,hoping to attract high-caliber teams and talents in various fields to promote the rapid development of the local economy.Wuhan is currently at a stage of rapid economic development,and the demand for talents is extremely urgent,but there is a phenomenon that talents cannot be attracted,cannot be retained,and are not used well.In recent years,although Wuhan has successively introduced a series of talent introduction policies and has paid a lot of money to introduce various types of high-end talents,it has achieved little effect.How to promote Wuhan to introduce talents faster,more accurately,and at a lower cost is the key issue of this thesis.This thesis is divided into six parts:The first part introduces the background and significance of the topic selection of the thesis,the research status at home and abroad,and the research purpose,ideas and methods of the thesis.Focused on answering the necessity and urgency of introducing high-end talents in Wuhan.The second part is mainly to introduce some theories needed in the thesis.It mainly introduces Maslow's hierarchical demand theory commonly used in talent introduction and talent theory with Chinese characteristics,which lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent research.The third part introduces the current history,current situation,talent introduction measures and effectiveness of the introduction of high-end talents in Wuhan through data,and provides a basis for the subsequent discovery of talent introduction problems.The fourth part,on the basis of the third part,excavates the current problems in Wuhan's introduction of high-end talents and analyzes the causes of the problems.The fifth part is to conduct a research on Hangzhou and Suzhou,which have achieved successful experience in the introduction of high-end talents in China,and find the practices and enlightenment of the two cities in the introduction of high-end talents.The sixth part,according to the current problems in the introduction of high-end talents in Wuhan,puts forward the countermeasures for the introduction of high-end talents in Wuhan.This thesis strives to have the following innovations:First,innovate in the direction of research.Although there are many researches on high-end talents in China,there are few targeted studies on individual cities,and they are generally aimed at first-tier cities along the coast and inland.There are few studies on cities or second-tier cities.The second is the innovation of research methods,through interviews,questionnaires and other forms,to truly and comprehensively grasp the actual situation of the introduction of high-end talents in Wuhan,and to find out the existing problems,so as to give right medicine,and put forward countermeasures for the introduction of high-end talents in Wuhan.
